국문 초록

본 연구는 인센티브투어의 구성요인이 보험설계사의 동기부여, 직무성과, 직무만족에 미치는 영향 관계를 이론적 고찰과 실증조사로 연구하여 보험회사의 인센티브 정책과 인센티브투어 운영 전략에 반영할 수 있는 기초자료를 수립하기 위하여 연구하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 선행연구들의 이론적 근거를 바탕으로 연구모형 및 연구가설을 설정하고 측정변수들의 측정요인을 추출하였으며 실증분석을 위하여 인센티브투어 참여 경험이 있는 국내 현직 보험설계사를 대상으로 표본조사를 하였다. 인센티브투어 상품의 사용자이며 소비자인 보험설계사들을 대상으로 인센티브투어 참여 후 동기부여, 직무성과, 직무만족에 관련한 실증조사 및 분석으로 주요 측정변수에 관련된 선행연구를 통하여 결과를 검증한 점에서 학술적 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 인센티브투어의 구성요인이 보험설계사의 동기부여, 직무성과, 직무만족에 미치는 영향 연구결과를 통한 것으로 보험회사에서는 보험설계사들을 위한 인센티브투어를 기획할 때 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data that can be reflected in insurance company's incentive policy and incentive tour operation strategy by conducting a theoretical review and empirical survey on the influence of the components of incentive tour on motivation, job performance, and job satisfaction of insurance planners. In order to achieve the research purpose, a research model and research hypothesis were established based on the theoretical basis of previous studies, and measurement factors of measurement variables were extracted. For empirical analysis, a sample survey was conducted on incumbent insurance planners in Korea who have participated in incentive tours from January 1, 2015 to February 28, 2022. The collection of sample survey data for empirical analysis was conducted for a total of 12 days from March 20 to March 31, 2022, and a total of 425 copies were collected and all 425 copies were used as final analysis data. As for the statistical analysis of the collected data, the results of the analysis using the SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical programs are as follows. First, hypothesis 1 verification results were partially adopted. Visual factors, recreational factors, and tourism infrastructure factors of incentive tours were adopted, and cultural factors were rejected. This means that even if cultural factors such as lifestyle, traditional culture, historical place, local residents, communication(language), and food in the traveled area increase, motivation does not improve. It was found that recreational factors had the greatest influence on motivation than other factors. It was found to be statistically insignificant. This means that even if visual factors such as natural scenery and destination images increase, the effect on job performance does not improve. As a result of the verification of Hypothesis 2, it was partially adopted. Visual factors, cultural factors, and tourism infrastructure factors have been rejected and do not affect job performance. Recreational factors were statistically significant and had a positive influence on job performance. Third, all sub-factors were rejected as a result of the verification of Hypothesis 3. In previous studies, incentive tours were found to have a significant effect on job satisfaction, but in this study, the constituent factors of incentive tours did not have a positive effect on job satisfaction of insurance planners. Fourth, the verification results of Hypothesis 4 were adopted. In order to increase the job performance of insurance planners, it is necessary to introduce institutional motivation measures to create trust, confidence, bond with colleagues, information sharing, and a sense of challenge for the company to which the insurance planners belong. Fifth, the verification results of Hypothesis 5 were adopted. It means that the motivation of insurance planners has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Therefore, in order to increase job satisfaction of insurance planners, various promotions that make them proud, affectionate, confident, and trust, and introduced a continuous motivation system to create a new sense of challenge, and institutional management that makes them satisfied and proud. Sixth, the verification results of Hypothesis 6 were adopted. It was found that the job performance of insurance planners had an effect on job satisfaction. Job performance will require the development of various incentive systems and specialized programs to increase education and job satisfaction to improve business performance, improve income, and achieve business goals. Through the results of this study, an empirical analysis/presentation was presented on how insurance planners were affected by motivation, job performance, and job satisfaction after participating in the actual incentive tour.
