치매환자와 돌봄제공자에 대한 휴머니튜드 케어의 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 국외 휴머니튜드 케어 관련 연구의 주제범위 문헌고찰을 통해 휴머니튜드 케어와 관련된 연구의 동향을 파악하고휴머니튜드 케어의 효과를 분석하여, 추후 국내 실정에 맞춰 휴머니튜드 케어의 돌봄 기법을 발전시켜 나가는데 기초자료를 제공하기위해 시행되었다. 국외 데이터베이스(PubMed, Europe PMC, Google Scholar)에서 휴머니튜드 케어와 관련된 검색어로 2023년까지 출판된문헌을 검색하였고, 선별 과정을 거쳐 최종 13편의 문헌이 선정되었다. 고찰 결과, 치매환자 대상으로는 인지기능, 행동심리증상, 일상생활수행능력 등 다양한 측면에서 휴머니튜드 케어의 긍정적인 효과가 확인되었고, 돌봄제공자 대상으로는 전문성 및 만족도, 공감 능력,부양 부담 등의 측면에서 긍정적인 효과가 탐색되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 긍정적인 효과가 확인된 휴머니튜드 케어를 중심으로한 한국형 인간존중 돌봄 모델 개발, 돌봄제공자 대상 인간존중 돌봄 교육 확대, 관계 기관 또는 지역 내 기관들의 연계 등을 통해국내에서도 인간존중 돌봄 문화가 확산되고 정착될 수 있기를 기대해본다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted through a scoping review of overseas literature on humanitude care-related research topics to understandtrends in research related to humanitude care and effects of humanitude care. The goal was to analyze the effects of humanitude care andprovide foundational data for advancing care techniques in the future, tailored to the domestic context. A literature search was conductedusing humanitude care related terms in overseas databases(PubMed, Europe PMC, Google Scholar) to retrieve documents published until2023. Through the selection process, a final set of 13 documents was chosen. Among dementia patients, positive effects of humanitudecare were confirmed in various aspects such as cognitive function, behavioral and psychological symptoms, and activities of daily living. For caregivers, positive effects were explored in aspects such as professionalism and satisfaction, empathic ability, and caregiving burden. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that the culture of human-centered care can be spread and established in Korea by developinga Korean model of Humanitude care, expanding Humanitude care education onr caregivers, and linking with related organizations or localinstitutions.
