국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 AI시대 속에서 다문화현상이 가져온 다문화 가족과 그 구성원들이 겪고 있는 현실적인 어려움들을 직시하면서 우리 사회가 이에 대하여 어떠한 수용적인 자세를 가질 것이며, 이들에 대한 돌봄 방안에 대해 제안해 보고자 한다. 우리의 현실은 인구 감소와 노동력 부족현상이라는 국가적인 위기를 마주하고 있다. 세계는 매우 빠른 속도로 변화하고 있으며, 기술문명은 첨단화하고 있다. 그러나 유독 더디게 가는 분야는 이주민들의 한국사회에 정착하여 한국어를 습득하고 한국문화와 사회에 적응하는 면에서는 마치 soul-food와 같이 매우 더디게 진행되고 있다. 또한 다문화가족의 구성원들이 육체적, 정신적, 심리적으로 겪고 있는 여러 가지 어려움들에 대해서도 우리가 관심을 가져야 할 때이다. 이들이 가족관계 내에서, 자녀들은 학교생활의 적응에 있어서, 생활환경에 있어서 이들의 낯섦이 익숙함으로 속히 바뀔 수 있도록 관심과 돌봄이 필요한 때이다. 이들에 대한 상담과 치료적인 접근도 한국어 교육과 문화적응 교육과 병행하여 실시되어야 할 내용이다. 법령과 제도를 다듬는 일도 필요하다. 이들도 우리 사회의 일원임을 우리가 인식하며 함께 머리를 맞대는 지혜가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is that in the AI era, now we are faced up that the multi-cultural families and their members are experiencing the realistic difficulties which was brought about by the multi-cultural phenomenon, so I would like to suggest that how can our society have receptive attitude for them and also suggest about care plan for them. Our reality is facing a national crisis of population decline and labor shortage. The world is changing at a very rapid pace, and technological civilization is becoming more advanced. However, the area where progress is particularly slow is in terms of immigrants settling into Korean society, learning the Korean language, and accepting to Korean culture, just like as soul-food. It is also time for us to pay attention to the physical, mental and psychological difficulties which the members of multi-cultural families are experiencing. It is time for us to need some concerns and cares about that quick change from unfamiliarity to familiarity within their family relationships, in adjusting in school life of their children, and in their living environment. Counseling and therapeutic approaches to these people should also be implemented in parallel with Korean language education and cultural adaption education. It is also necessary to refine laws and systems. We must recognize that these people are also members of our society, and we need to put our heads together for the wisdom.
