국문 초록

본 연구는 지역금융과 지역경제 간의 상호 관계성 규명을 위해 경기도내 지역농협 133개소에 대한 설문조사와 2007년부터 2009년까지 대출실적, 연체율 데이터를 체계적으로 분석하였다. 결과에 따르면 지역금융시장에는 이용자의 편의성 즉, 지리적 접근성이 존재한다는 사실과 고객신용정보의 유용성 정도는 연체발생고객층 인식에 영향을 미치고 있어 정보의 유용성이 높은 조합원에 대해는 대출금액을 많이 실행하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정보유용성이 낮다고 인식되는 비조합원들의 경우 대출금액이 적고 연체율은 높게 형성되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 이외에도 실증분석 결과와 기존 문헌에 대한 연구를 통해 지역금융 활성화를 위한 지역금융 발전 방안 등을 제시 하였다.

영문 초록

This study conducted the analysis on the existence of regional financial market as well as the empirical analysis on the asymmetry of the information in Gyeonggido, Korea by examining not only the non-financial data but also the financial data. According to the results, it is confirmed that geographical accessibility exists in the regional financial market and the rates of overdue loan depend on the degree of recognizing the credit informations of customers by the financial institutions. When the regional financial market exists, we found that there exists close relationship between a particular region's financial development and the growth of the regional economy. This implies that efforts should be made to foster regional financial market for the revitalization of the regional economy.
