영문 초록

An performance analysis of the housing redevelopment program is intended to identify how far the purpose presented in policy by the housing redevelopment program is achieved in realities. This study attempted to analyze performance of the housing redevelopment program by dividing the physical aspect(improvement of the urban infrastructure, improvement of the residential environment, improvement of the urban beauties), the economic aspect(expansion of housing supply, efficiency of land use), the social aspect(stabilization of the residence of the low-incom bracket, resolution of the phenomenon of the urban pathological phenomenon). It was analyzed that of the purpose to be attained through the housing redevelopment program, the improvement of the urban infrastructur, the improvement of the residential environment, the expansion of housing supply and the like were fully achieved. And What was shown to have the moderate performance was the urban pathological phenomenon, and what showed the low performance included the improvement of the urban beauties, the efficiiency of land use, the stablization of residence of the low-income bracket and the like. That is, an effectiveness analysis of the physical aspect showed that the intended outcome was achieved in the improvement of the urban infrastructure and the improvement of the residential enviroment. An effectiveness analysis of the economic aspect showed that the good effect of housing supply was achieved, but the efficiency of land use was not achieved. An effectiveness analysis of the social aspect showed that the housing redevelopment program had a low performance on the residential stabilization of the low-income bracket and the resolution of the urban pathological phenomenon.
