영문 초록

In the knowledge information period, regional innovation clusters are functioning beyond the role of simple agglomeration region for decreasing the production and transaction costs, and the roles of regional innovation clusters are increasing as the source of technology innovation and knowledge creation. For strengthening of industry and regional competitiveness, many researches on industry clustering are carried actively and also building of regional industry cluster system and support policy are aggressively propelled in many developed countries. This study is focused on the regional development by activating the venture businesses in the Seongnam venture businesses promotion zone. The purpose of this paper is to establish the industry clusters and technology innovation system through reinforcing the industrial production system, science and technology system, business support system, linkage function of industrial production and science- technology system, linkage function of industrial production and business support system.
