간호대학생의 강점인식과 학업적 자기효능감이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 강점인식, 학업적 자기효능감, 전공만족도의 관계를 확인하고, 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 연구이다. 연구 대상자는 G 지역 소재 간호대학생 172명으로 자료수집은 2022년 11월 7일에서 12월 21일까지 진행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 28.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 전공만족도는 강점인식(r=.31, p<.001), 학업적 자기효능감(r=.62, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학업적 자기효능감(β=.53, p<.001), 전공 선택 동기에서 타인의 권유(β=-.20, p=.002) 순으로 나타났으며, 이들 요인은 전공만족도를 42.6% 설명하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 간호대학생의 전공만족도를 증진시키는 전략을 개발하는데 유용하게 활용될것이다. 향후 대상자를 확대하여 간호대학생의 전공만족도를 설명할 수 있는 후속 연구를 제언한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is a descriptive research study to confirm the relationship between perception of strength, academic self-efficacy and major satisfaction of nursing college students and to identify factors influencing major satisfaction. The subjects of this study were 172 nursing college students located in G City, and data collection was conducted from November 7 to December 21, 2022. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 28.0 program. As a result of the study, major satisfaction had a significant positive correlation with perception of strength (r=.31, p<.001) and academic self-efficacy (r=.62, p<.001). Factors affecting major satisfaction of nursing college students were academic self-efficacy (β=.53, p<001.) and advice from others as motivation of choosing major (β=-.20, p=.002), which explained 42.6% of variance. The results of this study will be useful used to develop strategies to improve the major satisfaction of nursing college students. In the future, a follow-up study that can expand the subjects and explain the major satisfaction of nursing college students is suggested.
