국문 초록

다문화가족지원센터의 특성에 따라 자원봉사활동에 영향을 미치는 조직적 요인과 자원봉사 관리성과를 분석함으로써 자원봉사 활성화 방안을 마련하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부산광역시 다문화가족지원센터의 자원봉사활동 관리체계를 파악하고 센터의 특성에 따라 자원봉사 활성화 요인을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 센터별 특성에 따라 자원봉사활동에 영향을 미치는 조직적 요인과 실제자원봉사 관리성과를 반영하여 자원봉사 활성화를 위한 방안은 첫째, 자원봉사에 대한 인식전환이 필요하다. 둘째, 모든 시민들의 자원봉사 참여를 극대화할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 자원봉사자의 수를 확대 하여야 한다. 넷째, 법적･제도적 정비와 지원책의 보완이 필요하다. 다섯째, 전문적인 프로그램의 개발, 단계별･영역별 교육 기회의 확대, 각 분야 전문가의 참여 등으로 자원봉사의 전문화가 필요하다. 여섯째, 자원봉사의 지역화가 필요하다. 마지막으로, 가장 중요한 것은 자원봉사자를 위한 교육이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to prepare a plan to revitalize volunteering by analyzing organizational factors that influence volunteer activities and the performance of volunteer management according to the characteristics of the multicultural family support center. Therefore, in this study, the purpose of this study was to identify the volunteer activity management system of the multicultural family support center in Busan, and to find out the factors that activate volunteering according to the characteristics of the center. As a result of the study, a plan for revitalizing volunteering by reflecting the organizational factors affecting volunteering activities and actual volunteer management performance according to the characteristics of each center requires first, a shift in perception of volunteering. Second, it is necessary to maximize the volunteer participation of all citizens. Third, the number of volunteers should be expanded. Fourth, legal and institutional maintenance and support measures need to be supplemented. Fifth, it is necessary to specialize in volunteering through the development of specialized programs, expansion of educational opportunities for each stage and area, and participation of experts in each field. Sixth, localization of volunteers is necessary. Finally, the most important thing is education for volunteers.
