국문 초록

이 글은 모든 생원국의 교육 서비스 무역 시장 점유율 지수에 기반한 경쟁력 구조 평가 틀을 구축하여 한 국가의 전체 국제 시장 점유율에서 해당 국가의 교육 서비스 무역 국제 경쟁력 수준에 대한 평가 메커니즘의 결함을 보완했다. 이 글은 미국, 오스트랄리아, 중국 등 3개 나라를 연구대상으로 삼고 생원국의 시장점유율을 기초로 구조적측정과 비교를 진행했다. 연구 결론: (1) 생원국의 시장 점유율과 성장률을 바탕으로 중국 고등교육 서비스 무역 경쟁력은 네 가지 표현 모델이 있다. (2) 중국 고등교육 서비스 무역 경쟁력은 ‘일대일로’ 연선국가에서 ‘일대일로’ 연선국가에 있지 않은 국가보다 강하다. (3) 중국의 고등교육서비스무역경쟁력과 미국, 오스트랄리아 등 전통 교육 강국의 격차가 점차 줄어들고 있다.

영문 초록

This article has constructed an evaluation framework for competitive structure based on the education service trade market share index of all source countries, supplementing the flaws of the evaluation mechanism for the level of international competitiveness in a country's education service trade from its total international market share. This article has taken the United States, Australia, and China as the subjects of research and carried out structural measurement and comparison based on the market share of source countries. The research conclusions are: (1) Based on the market share and growth rate of source countries, there are four expression models of China's higher education service trade competitiveness. (2) The competitiveness of China's higher education service trade in 'One Belt, One Road' linked countries is stronger than in countries not linked to the 'One Belt, One Road'. (3) The gap between China's higher education service trade competitiveness and traditional education powerhouses such as the United States and Australia is gradually narrowing.
