텍스트마이닝 기법(Kh-Coder)을 활용한 교정·보호관찰·법무보호 연구의 비교고찰을 통한 법무보호연구 확장성 제시

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교정 및 보호관찰 학회에서 게재한 연구논문과 법무보호복지학회에서 연구한 논문과의 비교고찰을 통해 분야별 연구동향을 살펴보고, 교정 및 보호관찰 연구동향 분석을 통해 법무보호연구의 새로운 연구테마를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 2002년부터 2023년까지 KCI 등재된 각 연구분야별 논문들의 제목·주제어·연도·인용횟수 등의 기본정보를 수집하여, 각 연구들의 일반적인 현황과 연구주제를 3가지 특징(정책·제도·사업, 대상자, 직원)으로 분류하여 살펴본 후 그동안 선행연구에서 많이 사용되지 않은 텍스트마이닝(Kh Coder) 기법을 활용하여 주제어 동시출현 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째 법무보호사업의 특성을 이해하고, 교정 및 보호관찰 연구 분야와의 합동연구가 필요하다. 둘째, 공단과의 긴밀한 협조를 통해 보호대상자의 특성, 맞춤형 프로그램 개발 및 효과성 검증의 경험적 실증연구가 필요하다. 사회적응예측지표 효과성 검증 및 보호수용 조건부 가석방 및 감호위탁 제도와 관련된 연구는 새로운 연구테마로서 출소자 사회복귀 지원 정책 개발을 위한 이론적 근거로 활용 가치가 매우 높을 것이다. 셋째, 서비스 이용자(보호대상자) 중심의 연구가 아닌 서비스 지원자(직원) 연구의 병행이 필요하다. 법무보호사업을 수행하는 공단 직원들의 근무 환경 및 근무만족도, 사업수행에 필요한 전문지식 습득을 통한 전문성 강화의 필요성 등 정책연구뿐만 아니라 보호서비스의 질을 높이기 위한 다양한 연구가 필요하다. 넷째, 성인뿐만 아니라 청소년들의 마약·알콜·도박·성 등 중독범죄의 급속한 증가 추세에 맞춰 중독 관련 재범고위험군들의 출소 이후 사회복귀 지원에 필요한 전문처우시설 건립 및 운영 등 프로그램 개발 연구가 필요할 것으로 본다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine research trends by field through comparative consideration with research papers published by the Society of Corrections and Probation and papers researched by the Society of Legal Protection and Welfare, and to present a new research theme for legal protection research through analysis of research trends of corrections and probation. In this study, basic information such as the title, main control, year, and number of citations of KCI-listed papers in each research field from 2002 to 2023 was collected, and the general status and research topics of each study were classified into three characteristics (policy, institution, business, subject, and employee), and a network analysis of co-appearance of the main word was conducted using a text mining technique that has not been used much in previous studies. As a result, first, it is necessary to understand the characteristics of the legal protection project and to conduct joint research with the fields of correction and probation research. Second, empirical empirical research is needed to develop characteristics, customized programs, and verify effectiveness of the protection target through close cooperation with the public corporation. Research related to the verification of the effectiveness of social adaptation prediction indicators and the protection acceptance conditional parole and supervision consignment system is a new research theme and will be very valuable as a theoretical basis for the development of policies to support the rehabilitation of discharged persons. Third, it is necessary to conduct research on service supporters (employees), not research focused on service users (protection targets). Various studies are needed to improve the quality of protection services as well as policy studies, such as the working environment and work satisfaction of employees of the corporation carrying out legal protection projects, and the need to strengthen expertise through acquiring expertise necessary to carry out the project. Fourth, in line with the rapid increase in addiction crimes such as drugs, alcohol, gambling, and sex among adults and adolescents, it is expected that research on the development of programs such as the establishment and operation of specialized treatment facilities necessary to support rehabilitation after addiction-related high-risk groups are released from prison.
