이상 시, 분리되고 통합되는 몸, 그 경이적 아름다움

국문 초록

초현실주의의 핵심은 실험적 기법, 무의식 세계를 지향하는 시정신의 근원을 탐색하는 것이며, 인간의 실존 문제에 대한 답을 구하는 것이다. 이상의 초현실주의 시는 인간의 참된 실존 양식, 또는 인간의 참된 자유 회복이라는 차원에서 몸을 시적 소통의 도구로 설정하여 독자적인 초현실주의 미학을 보여준다. 본고는 초현실주의적인 관점에서 이상 시의 면모를 살피고, 그의 시의 핵심축인 육체성에 대한 논의를 통해 자의식의 분열과 통합의 관계, 자아와 세계의 단절과 융합의 관계를 분석하고, 이상 시가 가진 독자적 아름다움의 실체를 밝힐 것이다. 이상의 시는 해체된 몸, 혼종적인 몸, 일그러진 몸을 통해 분열하는 자의식을 보여주었고, 분열된 자의식의 세계는 봉합되고 접합되면서 새로운 의미의 자아로 재구성되는 과정으로 전이되었다. 또한 이상은 비정상성을 지닌 몸, 타자로서의 여성 이미지를 통하여 자아와 타자 간의 단절의식을 형상화한다. 이러한 단절의식은 성적 융합 세계에서 새로운 삶의 지향점을 찾아가는 과정으로 전환되었다. 결국 이상 시의 미적 지향점은 대립하는 두 세계를 극복한 초현실적 종합의 세계를 발견하는 것이었으며, 낯선 것들이 합쳐지고 섞어지면서 만들어내는 경이적인 아름다움, 발작적인 아름다움의 세계를 보여주는 것이었음을 밝힌다.

영문 초록

The core of surrealism is to explore the source of experimental techniques, the world of unconsciousness, and to seek answers to the existential problems of human beings. Lee Sang’s surrealist poetry shows its own surrealist aesthetics by setting the body as a tool for poetic communication in terms of human true existential style This study looks at the faces of Lee Sang’s poetry from a surrealistic point of view, and through the discussion of physicality, a key pillar of his poem, he analyzes the relationship between self-conscious division and unity, the relationship between self and the world's separation and convergence, and Lee Sang’s poetry will reveal its own beauty. Lee Sang’s poetry has shown self- consciousness that divides through disassembled bodies, hybrid bodies and distorted bodies, the world of divided self-consciousness has spread to a process of being sealed and bonded and reconstructed into a new sense of self. Lee Sang also embodies a sense of separation between self and typing through its abnormal body and female image as a batter. This sense of disconnect has been transformed into a process of finding a new direction for life in the converged world of sex. After all, the goal of Lee Sang’s poetry was to overcome the two conflicts, it was a world of phenomenal beauty, convulsive beauty, created by the merging and mixing of strange things.
