국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 한국 사회에서 청소년의 일탈과 비행의 원인을 분석하여 청소년들에게 올바른 인성교육을 통해 탈선과 비행을 예방하고, 사회의 건전한 구성원으로 성장하기 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 현재 한국 사회는 초고령화 사회로 빠르게 진입한 상태이기 때문에, 미래를 책임질 젊은 청소년들을 바람직한 방향으로 교육하고 지도하여, 사회의 건전한 구성원으로 성장할 수 있도록 철저한 준비와 노력이 시급하고 중요하다고 할 것이다. 국가적 차원에서 교육과정에 기초한 인성교육 추진, 학교 교육과정과 연계한 인성교육 실시, 실시, 학교와 지역사회 등 다양한 계층에서의 인성교육 담당자 역량 강화, 다양한 인성교육 프로그램개발 및 인증제 운영, 전국의 시도 교육과정의 인성교육 관점 반영, 지역사회와 함께하는 인성교육 등 다양한 시각에서 유기적인 노력과 협업이 필요하다 할 것이다. 청소년들은 자신을 조절할 수 있는 올바른 인성교육을 통해 비행과 탈선을 예방하고 건전한 사고력을 키울 수 있도록 체계적인 노력과 함께 비행과 탈선으로 이끄는 요인을 체계적인 인성교육을 통하여 비행과 일탈에서 벗어나 올바른 삶을 살아가도록 선도해야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes of adolescents' deviations and misconduct in Korean society to suggest a direction for adolescents to prevent derailment and delinquency through proper personality education and to grow into healthy members of society. Since Korean society has rapidly entered a super-aged society, thorough preparation and efforts are urgent and important to educate and guide young teenagers who will be responsible for the future and grow into healthy members of society. At the national level, organic efforts and collaboration are needed from various perspectives, such as promoting character education based on curriculum, conducting and implementing character education in connection with school curriculum, developing and operating various character education programs and certification systems, reflecting character education perspectives across the country, and character education with local communities. Adolescents should lead a proper life away from delinquency and deviation through systematic personality education, along with systematic efforts to prevent delinquency and derailment and develop sound thinking skills through proper personality education that can control themselves.
