청소년이 지각한 우울과 부정적 양육태도가 신체증상에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 한국아동청소년 패널조사 2018 4차년도(2021) 데이터를 활용하여 청소년이 지각하는 우울, 부정적 양육태도가 신체증상에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 한국아동청소년 패널조사 4차년도 데이터는 고등학교 1학년 시기에 해당되며 총 2,265명을 연구대상으로 통계분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년이 지각한 우울과 부모의 부정적 양육태도, 신체증상의 상관관계분석 결과, 우울과 신체증상과 정(+)적 상관관계가 나타났다. 부모의 거부, 강요, 비일관성 양육태도와 신체증상과도 정(+)적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년이 지각한 우울이 신체증상에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 청소년의 우울수준이 높을수록 신체증상 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년이 지각한 부모의 부정적 양육태도가 신체증상에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 청소년들이 부모의 거부, 강요, 비일관적인 부정적 양육태도를 높이 지각할수록 신체증상을 높이 지각하는 것으로 나타났다. 청소년들의 신체증상을 감소시킬 수 있는 방안으로 청소년들이 지각하는 우울수준, 부모의 양육태도를 고려한 접근 노력이 필요하며, 실질적인 프로그램 개발을 모색해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to examine the effect of depression and negative parenting attitudes perceived by adolescents on somatic symptoms using data from the 4th year(2021) of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey. The data for the fourth year of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey correspond to the first year of high school, and the results of statistical analysis of a total of 2,265 students are as follows. First, as a result of the correlation analysis between depression perceived by adolescents, negative parenting attitudes, and physical symptoms, there was a positive(+) correlation between depression and physical symptoms. There was also a positive(+) correlation with parental rejection, coercion, and inconsistency parenting attitudes and physical symptoms. Second, depression perceived by adolescents was found to be a factor affecting physical symptoms, and the higher the level of depression among adolescents, the higher the level of physical symptoms. Third, it was found that the negative parenting attitude of parents perceived by adolescents had a significant effect on physical symptoms. It was found that the higher the perception of parents' rejection, coercion, and inconsistent negative parenting attitudes, the higher the perception of physical symptoms. As a way to reduce the physical symptoms of adolescents, it is necessary to make an approach that considers the level of depression perceived by adolescents and the parenting attitude of parents, and to seek practical program development.
