자폐스펙트럼장애 청소년의 감정조절과 상호작용 향상을 위한 DMT

국문 초록

본 연구는 DMT(무용동작치료) 프로그램이 자폐스펙트럼장애(ASD) 청소년의 감정조절과 상호작용 향상에 대하여 분석하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구의 프로그램 진행은 주 1회 60분씩, 총 12회기 진행되었고, 연구대상자의 회기별 영상녹화와 HTP(House-Tree-Person), LMA(Laban Movement Analisys), 관찰자 협의(inter-observer agreement)를 채택하여 심층 토의와 일지 등의 축적된 자료를 바탕으로 질적 연구을 실시하였다. 연구결과로 첫째, DMT 프로그램 체험 후 자폐스펙트럼장애 청소년의 감정조절에서는 반복되는 움직임 변화와 확장 과정을 통해 심리적인 감정조절에서의 분노, 불안과 흥분 변화가 감소 되었다. 특히 행동의 자신감, 새로운 공간에 대한 불안감이 완화되는 결과로 나타났다. 그리고 감정조절 미숙에서 나타난 충동적인 방해 행동, 공격적인 행동, 상동행동 등이 감소하는 결과가 나타났다. 둘째, 자폐스펙트럼장애 청소년의 상호작용에서는 관계적, 사회적으로 또래 관계 및 타인과의 상호작용에서 자발적이고 주도적인 동기의 참여가 안정적으로 형성되는 긍정적인 결과로 나타났다. 따라서 DMT는 자폐스펙트럼장애 청소년의 감정조절과 상호작용 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 본 연구는 자폐스펙트럼장애의 신체· 정서· 인지적 측면으로 통합적인 무용동작치료 연구에 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This research aims to analyze the effects of DMT(Dance , Movement Therapy) on emotional regulation and interaction in adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD). The program consisted of 12 sessions, each lasting 60 minutes and conducted weekly. The research utilized video recordings of each sesstions, House-Tree-Person (HTP) test, Laban Movement Analysis (LMA) and inter-observer agreement to accumulate qualitative case study data through in-depth discussions and journals. The research findings inditcate that, following the DMT program, there were improvements in emotional regulation among adolescents with ASD. Firstly, changes in repetitive movements and expqanstion processes led to a decrease in anger, anxiety and excitement in psychological emotional regulation. Additionally, increased self-confidence in behavior and reduced anxiety towards new spaces were observed. Secondly, immature emotional regulation manifested as impulsive disruptive behavior, aggressive behavior, and repetitive behavior showed a decrease. In terms of interation among adolescents with ASD, the results showed stable improvements in voluntary and proactive participation with relational and social peer relationships. It is hoped that the results of this study will contribute to individualized research for individuals with ASD, and future research on ASD across various age groups is anticipated to continue.
