국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 자폐성 장애 자녀를 둔 양육자의 인식 및 특성을 분석하고자 소셜미디어를 웹 크롤링 후 텍스트 마이닝을 진행하였다. 2020년 1월부터 2023년 6월까지 포털사이트 내 자폐성 장애 관련 운영 카페에서 1,526개의 글을 수집하였으며, 이를 통해 정보의 흐름에서 중심이 되는 내용을 확인하고자 하였다. 그 결과 빈도 분석에서 ‘말’, ‘ㅠㅠ’, ‘언어’, ‘치료’, ‘검사’가 높은 빈도수를 나타냈다. 둘째로 의미연결망 분석 과정 중 의미 중심성에서는 ‘엄마’, ‘생각’, ‘못하’가 높은 수치를 보였으며, 근접 중심성에서는 ‘못하’, ‘선생님’, ‘아이들’이 그리고 매개 중심성에서는 ‘못하’, ‘문제’, ‘시작’이 상위 연결성을 보였다. 마지막으로 CONCOR 분석 결과 가정 관련, 진단 관련, 개입 관련, 인식 관련 총 4개의 군집으로 분류되었다. 위 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to analyze the social perceptions of linked autism disabilities and characteristics of parents of young children with autism disabilities in South Korea by web crawling social media and performing text mining. From January 2020 to June 2023, a total of 1,526 posts were collected from social media platforms, and examined to identify the main topics that directed the flow of information. The results were as follows. In the first frequency analysis, “speech,” “ㅠㅠ,” “language,” “treatment,” and “test” had the highest frequency. In network analysis, “mother,” “thinking” and “be bad” showed high connectivity in semantic centrality, and “be bad,” “teacher,” and “children” in mediating centrality. The CONCOR analysis was classified into a total of four clusters related to families, diagnosis, intervention, and perception. Based on the above research results, the implications and limitations of the study were discussed.
