국내 음악영재 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 2003년도부터 2023년까지 국내에서 이루어진 음악영재 관련 연구물을 연도별로 분석함으로써 향후 음악영재 교육의 방향성을 탐색하는 것이다. 연구방법: 국내 학위논문·학술지에 2003년부터 2023년까지 발표된 논문 중 음악영재에 관한 총 119편의 논문을 연구 대상, 연구 방법, 연구 영역을 중심으로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 이 연구에서 연구 대상은 고교생(31.1%), 중학생(27.7%), 성인(20.2%), 초등학생(12.6%), 유아(8.4%)순으로 많았다. 둘째, 연구방법으로는 비실증연구(52.1%), 실증연구(47.9%)로 나뉘었고 연구방법 유형은 문헌연구(22.7%)를 가장 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 조사연구(20.2%)와 실험연구(19.3%)가 그 뒤를 이었다. 셋째, 이 연구에서 6개의 영역으로 연구주제를 구분 하였으며 음악영재 교육의 필요성, 쟁점, 방안, 방향, 체계, 정책 등에 대한 연구(23.5%), 교육과정 및 프로그램(22.7%), 선발 및 판별(14.4%), 영재의 특성, 평가(13.4%), 수업모형 및 교수학습(12.6%) 연구 순으로 나타났다. 연구결론: 본 연구는 향후 음악영재 연구에 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 특히, 영유아를 대상으로 하는 음악영재교육의 중요성, 실험연구와 조사연구의 지속성, 시대에 맞는 음악영재 교육과정과 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 강조하는 국내 학위논문·학술지의 전반적인 연구 동향을 살핌으로서 앞으로 음악영재 연구의 방향성을 생각해볼 수 있었다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of music education for the gifted in the future by analyzing the researches related to the musical gifted in Korea from 2003 to 2023. Methods: A total of 119 theses on musically gifted children among theses published in domestic theses and journals from 2003 to 2023 were analyzed focusing on research subjects, research methods, and research areas. Results: First, the subjects of this study were high school students (31.1%), middle school students (27.7%), adults (20.2%), elementary school students (12.6%), and infants (8.4%). Second, the research method was divided into non-experimental research(52.1%) and empirical research (47.9%), and the type of research method was literature research (22.7%), followed by survey research (20.2%) and experimental research (19.3%). Third, research topics were divided into six areas in this study, followed by research on the necessity, issue, plan, direction, system, and policy of music gifted education(23.5%), curriculum and program(22.7%), selection and discrimination(14.4%), characteristics, evaluation (13.4%), teaching model, and teaching and learning(12.6%). Conclusion: This study can provide implications for future studies on musically gifted children. In particular, this study is significant in that it examined the overall research trends of domestic theses and journals that emphasize the importance of music education for the gifted, the continuity of experimental research and research, and the necessity of developing music education curriculum and programs for the gifted.
