학습환경과 개인변인에 따른 대학생의 학습참여 영향분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 온라인 또는 오프라인 학습환경이 대학생의 학습참여에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 2019년 및 2020년 A대학교 대학생 중에서 학부교육 실태조사(K-NSSE)에 참여한 학생들을 대상으로 학습참여의 학업도전, 교우와 학습, 교수와 경험, 대학환경에 대해 분석하였다. 2019년 오프라인 학습환경은 450명, 2020년 온라인 학습환경은 454명으로, 총 904명을 연구대상으로 진행하였다. 또한, 학번을 기준으로 2019년과 2020년에 응답한 대상을 추출하여 총 66명의 동일 대상을 확보하였다. 데이터 분석은 IBM SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test와 ANOVA를 수행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습환경별 학습참여에서 오프라인 학습환경은 성별과 계열에 따라 학습참여의 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았지만, 학년에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 반면 온라인 학습환경은 성별과 학년에 따라 학습참여의 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았고, 계열에 따라 학습참여가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 학습환경에 따른 대학생의 학습참여를 비교해봤을 때, 이질집단 및 동질집단 모두 전반적으로 오프라인 학습환경이 온라인 학습환경보다 학습참여가 높게 나타났다. 이를 통해 학습환경이 대학생의 학습참여에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 오프라인, 온라인 학습환경에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the university classroom environment and develop a classroom model to promote creative competence. Based on a literature review and analysis of case studies on spaces in education and creative working places, characteristics of the classroom environment that foster creative competence were identified. In addition, expert content validity identification was carried out. The results showed that it is necessary to establish university classroom standards for a creative environment that include size, structure, arrangement, the color of the wall, and lighting. Furthermore, the classroom environment should express autonomy, sociability, flexibility, and diversity through arrangement. The creative competence of the university student should improve in various ways, including flexibility, originality, elaboration, curiosity, task commitment, and problem-solving leadership. Therefore, establishing a university classroom encompassing these elements, arrangement, colors and creating differentiated spaces according to the area of study should be considered.
