People from various cultural backgrounds hold different perceptions of diseases, viewing them as distinct social phenomena. Cultural beliefs play a pivotal role in shaping attitudes towards diseases and influencing decisions to seek medical assistance. The cultural context significantly impacts how diseases are perceived and how individuals cope with them. Therefore, it is essential to take into account patients’ cultural backgrounds in healthcare to ensure that medical interventions align with local cultural and social norms. Furthermore, diseases are intricately linked with social factors such as poverty, education levels, living environments, and support systems. These social determinants can significantly impact an individual’s lifestyle and health behaviors. Notably, in the context of drug control activities, the Yi ethnic family culture plays a vital role. Blood groups offer a crucial support system for drug users, facilitating their reintegration into society. Family support serves as a catalyst for drug users to actively pursue rehabilitation, recover their dignity, and regain their social standing. Comprehending and respecting diverse cultural perspectives and coping mechanisms concerning diseases, acknowledging the influence of social factors, and promoting cross-cultural collaboration within medical environments are key to delivering more comprehensive and effective healthcare. Rather than adhering strictly to Western medical definitions, embracing cultural diversity as an integral aspect of society and actively responding to and respecting cultural variations in healthcare is paramount.

영문 초록

不同文化背景下，人们对疾病有不同的看法，将其视为不同的社会现象。文化观念直接影响了人们对疾病的态度和是否寻求医疗帮助。文化在疾病观念和应对方式方面有着重要作用，在医疗护理中必须考虑到患者的文化背景，以确保医疗干预与当地文化和社会背景相协调。社会因素也与疾病密切相关，包括贫困、教育水平、居住环境和社会支持系统等。这些社会因素可以影响个体的生活方式和健康习惯。彝族家支文化便在禁毒活动中发挥着关键作用。血缘群体为吸毒者提供了社会支持，通过血缘联系使他们有机会重新融入社会生活。彝族家支的存在促使吸毒者积极寻求戒毒，重新获得尊严和社会地位。了解和尊重不同文化对疾病的看法和应对方式，考虑社会因素的影响，以及在医疗环境中跨文化合作，都有助于提供更全面和有效的医疗护理。不应只遵从西方医学的定义，文化多元性是社会的重要组成部分，在医疗中也应积极应对和尊重不同文化的差异。
