국문 초록

본 연구에서는 지식 기반 이론, 관계 계약 이론 및 권력의존이론을 결합한 삼중 접근법을 활용하여 인코텀즈(Incoterms) 상 정형거래조건 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인들과 인코텀즈의 활용이 공급망 관리(SCM) 운영적 유연성에 미치는 영향을 조사한다. 본 연구는 세계화의 역동적인 비즈니스 환경에서 SCM 유연성이 점점 중요해짐에 따라 기업들이 변화하는 고객 요구와 시장 조건에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있도록 SCM 유연성에 미치는 인코텀즈의 활용도에 연구 초점을 맞추었다. 연구결과는 인코텀즈에 대한 이해도, 상호협력성 그리고 교섭력이 인코텀즈 상 정형거래조건의 효과적인 활용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정형거래조건 활용과 SCM 유연성 관계에서 정(+)의 영향을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 인코텀즈 상 정형거래조건의 활요과 SCM 유연성 관계의 상호작용을 탐구하였다는 점에서 무역실무 분야에 학문적 기여를 제시하며, 정형거래조건의 채택과 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인들과 국제무역에서 SCM 유연성을 개선하는 전략을 함께 논의함으로써 공급망 전문가, 정책 결정자 및 연구자들에게 실무적 통찰력을 제공한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This paper investigates the factors influencing the utilization of International Commercial Terms and the impact on supply chain management (SCM) flexibility from Incoterms utilization. Research design, data, and methodology: This paper utilizes a triple approach combining knowledge-based theory, relational contract theory, and power and dependence theory. For this study, questionnaires were distributed to examine the factors influencing the use of Incoterms and to analyze their causal relationships. Results: The findings reveal that differences in understanding Incoterms, mutual cooperativeness, and bargaining power all influence the effective utilization of Incoterms. Furthermore, a positive relationship between Incoterms utilization and SCM flexibility is observed. Conclusions: This paper enhances understanding of how using Incoterms affects supply chain management flexibility. It also offers valuable insights into the factors that influence the adoption and use of Incoterms, as well as strategies for enhancing SCM flexibility in international trade.
