한국 『표준 발음법』과 중국 『조선말 표준발음법』 비교 연구

국문 초록

한국어를 사용하는 민중들이 주로 한반도와 중국에 거주하고 있다. 각 나라에서 한국어와 관련된 규 범집을 제정하고 있다. 중국 조선어 규범은 처음에 북한의 규범을 많이 수용하였지만 중한 수교 이후부 터 한국어 규범이 중국 조선어에 대해 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 하지만 실생활에서 많은 중국인 학습자 들이 한국어 사용에 있어서 중국 조선어 규범과 한국어 규범을 혼용하는 경우가 많다. 특히 의사소통 을 하는 가운데 발음에 있어서 많은 차이가 난다는 사실이 존재한다. 이런 점에 착안하여 본 연구는 한 국에서 출판된 『한국 어문 규정집』(2018년)에 나온 『표준 발음법』과 중국에서 출판된 『조선말규범집』 (2017년)에 나온 『조선말 표준발음법』을 연구 대상으로 선정하여 비교 분석을 하였다. 특히 중국인 한 국어 학습자들이 어려워하는 음운 현상에 대해 자세히 분석함으로써 어떤 공통점과 차이점이 있는지 찾아내고 중국인 학습자들이 음운 현상에 대한 궁금증을 해소하려고 하였다. 또한 본 연구를 통해 같 은 문자를 사용하고 같은 문법 체계를 가지고 있는 한국어와 중국 조선어의 이질감을 해소하며 더 원활 한 의사소통을 이루고 양국 간의 교류를 더 활발하게 진행하는 데 조금이나마 도움이 되기 바란다.

영문 초록

The people who use the Korean language mainly reside in the Korean Peninsula and China. Each country is establishing normative guidelines related to the Korean language. Initially, the Chinese norms for Korean language heavily adopted North Korea’s norms, but since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea, the Korean language norms have had a significant influence on Chinese norms for the Korean language. However, in daily life, many Chinese learners often mix the norms of both countries when using the Korean language, particularly in pronunciation, where significant differences exist. Based on these points, this study selected and compared the “Standard Pronunciation Rules” from the “Korean Language Regulations” published in Korea in 2018 and the “Standard Pronunciation Rules for Korean Language” from the “Korean Language Norms Compilation” published in China in 2017. In particular, through a detailed analysis of phonological phenomena that Chinese Korean language learners find challenging, the study aimed to identify commonalities and differences and address the learners’ curiosities about these phenomena. Furthermore, this research seeks to alleviate the sense of disparity between Korean and Chinese Korean language, which share the same writing system and grammatical structure, promoting smoother communication and fostering more active cultural exchange between the two countries.
