국문 초록

본 연구는 컨설턴트 양성에 관한 국내 학술연구의 결과 및 동향을 분석하고, 후속 연구에 대한 방향과 과제를 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2022년 12월 31일을 기준으로 수집된 37개 국내 학술연구물을 분석하였다. 출판연도, 연구유형, 연구성격, 연구분야에 대해서는 학술연구의 계량적 특성을 분석하였다. 연구주제에 대해서는 다섯 가지 기준으로 분석하였는데, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 컨설턴트 양성 관련 국내 연구물은 프로그램 설계 및 개발이 아닌 기초자료 제공을 위한 목적이 대부분이었다. 양성 프로그램 설계 및 개발은 주로 분석, 실행, 평가와 연결되어 진행되었다. 프로그램의 내용은 방법전문성의 비율이 다소 높았고, 약 50%의 연구가 실습프로그램을 포함하였다. 실행과 관련해서는 프로그램의 중간점검과 소집단 구성을 실시하였다. 평가 관련 연구에서는 만족도와 프로그램의 효과를 질문지와 면담을 사용하여 실시하였는데, 대체적으로 실습의 만족도가 높았다. 제도와 관련된 연구는 없었고, 연구 말미에 단순히 언급되는 수준에 그쳤다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the results and trends of domestic academic research on consultant training programs and to present directions and tasks for follow-up research. A total of 37 domestic academic research materials were collected on December 31, 2022, for the subjects of analysis. The quantitative characteristics of academic research were analyzed for the publication year, research type, research personality, and research field. Five research topics were analyzed as standards, and the results are as follows. First, most of the domestic research on consultant training programs are focused on providing basic information rather than program designs and development. Program design and development were mainly carried out in connection with analysis, implementation, and evaluation. The content of the programs had a relatively high proportion of methodological expertise, and about half of the programs included a practice course. In terms of implementation-related research, the programs conducted interim checks and small group activities. Evaluation-related research was conducted using questionnaires and interviews to assess satisfaction and program effectiveness, and overall, satisfaction with the practice course was high. There were no studies on systems, and they were merely mentioned briefly at the end of the research.
