국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 유아 인성함양을 위한 액션러닝 부모교육 프로그램의 프로토타입을 개발하는 것이다. 연구방법: 유아 인성, 부모 교육, 액션러닝과 관련한 문헌 및 사례를 분석하였으며 유아 부모 및 부모교육 전문가를 대상으로 심층면담을 통한 요구조사를 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 프로그램 구성요인을 추출한 후 초안을 마련하였으며 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)와 전문가 검토를 거쳐 프로그램 최종안을 도출하였다. 연구결과: 프로그램의 핵심활동 프로세스는 사전강의 → 팀 구성 및 문제 개발하기 → 문제 탐색 및 명료화하기 → 가능한 해결책 도출하기 → 액션플랜 작성하기 → 해결방안 실행하기1, 2 → 성찰하기 → 사후 활동하기의 8단계로 편성하였다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구를 통하여 유아의 인성함양을 위한 실질적인 문제해결에 도움이 될 것으로 기대하며, 본 프로그램은 유아 인성함양을 위한 액션러닝 부모교육 프로그램 프로토타입을 설계한 것으로 프로그램 최종안을 토대로 실제 프로그램을 적용하여 효과성을 검증할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a prototype of an action learning parent education program for character development of children. Method: First, literature and cases related to early childhood personality, parent education, and action learning were analyzed, and a demand survey was conducted through in-depth interviews. Based on this, the components of the program were extracted, drafts were prepared, and the final program was derived through focus group interviews (FGI) and expert reviews. Results: The core activity process is divided into eight stages: lecture → Team building & Developing problems → Exploring and clarifying problems → Deriving possible solutions → Making action Plan → Implementing → Reflecting → Post-Activity. Conclusion: Through this study, it is expected to help solve practical problems for the character development of young children. This program is designed as a prototype of an action learning parent education program for character development of children, and it is necessary to verify the effectiveness by applying an actual program based on the program completion plan.
