국문 초록

본 연구는 에스테틱 전문가에게 필요한 클리니컬 아로마테라피와 감정노동 스트레스 관련 지식과 정보를 재구성하여 관련된 다양한 임상 연구 자료를 수집하고 아로마테라피, 병리학, 반사요법, 피부과학 및 화장품학 분석 자료를 토대로 문헌 연구와 임상 사례를 고찰, 재정립하고자 하는 데에 목적이 있다. 클리니컬 아로마테라피는 통증관리, 보편적인 행복감, 두려움, 우울감, 스트레스 및 수면유지의 어려움과 같은 증상 관리를 위해 통원 및 입원 환자 모두에게 도움이 될 수 있는 대체요법 방안으로 알려져 있다. 이는 통합 스트레스 관리 프로그램의 일환으로 감정노동산업현장에서 연계성과 효능감과 연계되어 활용되며 아로마테라피, 수기요법과 반사요법은 보완관리의 방안으로 광범위하게 적용되고 있다. 임상적인 가이드라인을 포함한 적정성을 판단하는 측면에서는 여전히 해결해야 할 문제들이 있지만, 이 연구결과를 기반으로 감정노동 스트레스 관리 도구를 위한 역할 모델로 제시할 수 있으며 더 나아가서 COVID-19 펜더믹시대 서비스산업 종사자들에게는 감정노동 스트레스 관리의 가이드라인으로 클리니컬 아로마테라피의 활용을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 향후 보완연구에서 직무 관련 산업 의학 측면에서도 중요한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to reconstruct knowledge and information related to clinical aromatherapy and emotional labor stress necessary for esthetic professionals, collect various clinical research data, and review and reestablish literature research and clinical cases based on analysis data of aromatherapy, pathology, reflexology, dermatology and cosmetology. Clinical aromatherapy is an alternative medicine therapy that can be beneficial in the inpatient or outpatient setting for symptom management for pain, nausea, general well-being, anxiety, depression, stress, and insomnia. It is being used in the emotional labor workplace regarding connectivity and efficiency as part of an integrated stress management programme. Aromatherapy, massage and reflexology are widely used in palliative care as well. However, there are questions about their suitability for inclusion in clinical guidelines. This result could be a role model of another emotional labor stress management tool. We suggest objectively the use of clinical aromatherapy as a guideline of emotional labor stress management for workers in the service industry in the age of the COVID-19 Pandemic Era. In the respect of occupational medicine, fundamental data will be proposed to prescription related to occupational diseases.
