국내 기업가정신 교육에 관한 논문 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 기업가정신 교육 연구 분야에 게재된 총 73편의 논문을 대상으로 연구 동향을 분석하고, 향후 연구 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기업가정신 교육 연구를 시간적 흐름에 따라 연구 방법과 연구 주제로 분류하였고 국내 기업가정신 교육의 발전을 위한 후속 연구과제 또한 논의하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 시기를 살펴보면 2002년 첫 논문 이후 2010년부터 기업가정신 교육 연구가 본격적으로 진행되어왔으며, 특히 2017년 이후에는 총 52편의 논문이 게재되어 시간이 지남에 따라 기업가정신 교육 연구 주제가 활발해질 것으로 예측된다. 둘째, 분석 결과에 따르면 기업가정신 교육 연구는 다양한 방법으로 진행되었지만, 질적연구보다는 양적연구가 상대적으로 많은 비중을 차지하였다. 셋째, 세부 연구 주제는 교육 방법 및 효과, 연구 대상, 기업가정신교육, 사회적 기업가정신, 해외사례, 진로 교육, 연구 동향 등 총 7개로 분류되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 기업가정신 교육의 개념 정립, 연구 변수 확장, 질적연구 활성화 등의 향후 연구 방향과 시사점을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 국내 기업가정신에 대한 연구의 중요성을 강조하고, 기업가정신 교육의 효과적인 발전과 창조적인 인재 양성에 기여하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze research trends and suggest future research directions based on a total of 73 papers published in the field of domestic entrepreneurship education. To achieve this, the research on entrepreneurship education was classified into research methods and research topics according to the temporal flow. Furthermore, discussions were conducted on subsequent research tasks for the advancement of domestic entrepreneurship education. The following results were derived from this study. First, examining the research periods, it was found that research on entrepreneurship education has been actively conducted since 2010, following the first paper in 2002, with a total of 52 papers published after 2017. This indicates that the research topics of entrepreneurship education are expected to become more vibrant over time. Second, the analysis results revealed that although research on entrepreneurship education has been conducted using various methods, there is a relatively higher proportion of quantitative studies compared to qualitative studies. Third, the specific research topics were classified into seven categories, including educational methods and effects, research subjects, entrepreneurship education, social entrepreneurship, international cases, career education, and research trends. Based on these findings, the study suggests future research directions and implications such as establishing the concept of entrepreneurship education, expanding research variables, and activating qualitative research. By emphasizing the significance of domestic entrepreneurship research, this study aims to contribute to the effective development of entrepreneurship education and the cultivation of creative talents.
