국문 초록

4차 산업시대에서 디지털을 기반으로 경제모델이 활발하게 논의되고 있는 가운데 1970년대공유경제개념에 디지털플랫폼을 도입하여 디지털공유경제 태동과 진행과정에서 문제점을 본 논문에서 논하고 그 대안을 제안하고자 한다. 공유경제가 오프라인 환경에서 개인과 개인 그리고개인과 기업 등의 관계에서 발전하면서 디지털이라는 플랫폼으로 공유경제가 직접적인 거래보다 비대면 거래가 이뤄지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 4차 산업 기반 기술인 디지털기술로 블록체인공유경제의 플랫폼이 다양하게 개발되어 거래 당사자에게 실제로 수익을 가져다주는 형식이 되고 있다. 그렇지만 실제로 공유경제의 의미가 담겨있는 서로의 상생과 공존공생에 근거하는 의미 있는 소비자의 수익과는 거리가 있다고 볼 수 있다. 해서 본 연구에서는 기존의 공유경제의장점과 지금의 공유경제의 플랫폼 환경에서 문제 등을 우리나라 전통적인 ‘두레’의 장점을 해결방안으로 공유경제와 융합하여 새로운 창조적 포용공유경제 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 이는 거래당사자에게 순수한 이익을 분배하면서 고령인구사회의 먹거리를 제공하는 가장 공생할 수 있는 시스템이 될 것이다. 특히, 우리나라의 정통적 품앗이인 두레에 근간을 두고 본연구에서는 창의적 공유경제를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

While economic models based on digital are being actively discussed in the 4th industrial era, this paper discusses the problems in the birth and progress of the digital sharing economy by introducing a digital platform to the sharing economy concept in the 1970s, and proposes an alternative. As the sharing economy develops in the offline environment in the relationship between individuals and individuals and between individuals and companies, it is a reality that non-face-to-face transactions are being conducted rather than direct transactions through a platform called digital. With digital technology, a technology based on the 4th industry, various blockchain sharing economy platforms have been developed and are becoming a format that actually brings profits to the trading parties. However, it can be seen that it is far from meaningful consumer profits based on coexistence and coexistence with each other, which actually contains the meaning of the sharing economy. Therefore, in this study, we propose a new creative inclusive sharing economy system by integrating the advantages of the existing sharing economy and problems in the platform environment of the sharing economy with the sharing economy as a solution to the advantages of Korea's traditional 'Dure'. This will be the most symbiotic system that provides food for the aging population while distributing pure profits to the trading partners. In particular, this study proposed a creative sharing economy based on Korea's traditional pumasi, Dure.
