국문 초록

이 글에서는 최근 포스트케인지언 성장 이론의 발전과정에 대해 몇 가지 이론적 쟁점에 초점을 맞춰 조망한다. 첫째, 성장 모형에 계급 간 소득 분배를 통합시키는 작업과 관련해 분배와 성장 간의 양방향 인과관계 문제, 조정 변수인 설비가동률의 장기 내생성을 둘러싼 논점, 그리고 실증 분석에서 개별 방정식 추정에 대한 구조적 접근의 유효성을 검토한다. 둘째, 성장 모형에 화폐 및 금융 이슈를 통합시키는 연구와 관련해 이자율의 외생성과 투자에 있어 금융의 역할 문제, 부채 동학의 안정성, 그리고 금융화를 둘러싼 논점들을 검토한다. 셋째, 성장 모형에 저량-유량 정합적인 정량분석 틀을 통합시키는 작업과 관련해 SFC 접근법의 구조와 특징을 살펴본 다음 소득 분배, 화폐 및 금융 이슈의 일관적 통합과 SFC 모형의 확장에 대해 논의한다.

영문 초록

In this paper, we look at the recent development of post-Keynesian growth theory, focusing on theoretical issues. First, with regard to the integration of the income distribution problem between classes into the growth model, the possibility of inverse feedback of growth on distribution, the possibility of long-term endogeneity of utilization rate as an adjusting variable, and the validity of the structural approach to single equation estimation in empirical analysis are reviewed. Second, with respect to the integration of money and financial issues into the growth model, the exogeneity of interest rates, the role of finance in investment, the stability of debt dynamics, and issues surrounding financialization are reviewed. Third, with respect to the integration of the analysis framework through the stock-flow cosistent (SFC) model, the structure and characteristics of the SFC approach are confirmed, and the integration of distribution and monetary/financial issues to consistent framework and the expansion of the SFC model are reviewed.
