공인중개사의 직무만족도에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 중개업에 종사하는 직무속성이 업무만족과 지속적인 직무연속성에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 설문지를 통한 분석을 실시하였다. 분석프로세스에 의해 구조방정식의 모형구축을 위해 신뢰성과 타당성 분석을 진행하여 설문지 구조적인 문제를 해결하였다. 구조방정식 분석 결과 업무만족과 업무지속에 영향분석을 진행하였다. 업무만족에 영향을 미치는 속성요인은 신뢰와 전문성, 부동산정책, 사회적 인식과 책임 순으로 나타났으며 업무 지속에 영향을 주는 속성요인은 신뢰와 전문성, 사회적 인식과 책임, 부동산정책 순으로 나타 났다. 따라서 모든 속성요인이 업무만족과 업무지속에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 업무만족과 업무지속에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 모든 영업 속성의 모든 가설이 성립하고 있다. 본 연구를 통해 중개업의 활성화를 위해서는 개업공인중개사 개개인이 전문지식을 통해 고객에게 신뢰를 주어야 하며, 정부의 정책에 반영될 수 있는 공공성을 지닌 공인중개사 영업과 부동산을 통한 사회복지, 그리고 활성화에 대한 단합된 전략이 필요하다.

영문 초록

In this study, an analysis was conducted through a questionnaire to evaluate the effect of job attributes engaged in brokerage business on job satisfaction and job continuity. The structural problem of the questionnaire was solved by conducting reliability and validity analysis to build a model of the structural equation through the analysis process. As a result of the structural equation analysis, an impact analysis was conducted on job satisfaction and job continuation. Attribute factors affecting job satisfaction appeared in the order of trust and professionalism, real estate policy, social awareness and responsibility, and attribute factors affecting job continuity appeared in the order of trust and professionalism, social awareness and responsibility, and real estate policy. Therefore, it was found that all attribute factors affect job satisfaction and job continuity. It was also found to have a positive effect on job satisfaction and job continuation. Therefore, all hypotheses hold true for all business attributes. Through this study, in order to revitalize the brokerage business, each licensed real estate agent must give trust to customers through professional knowledge, and a united real estate agent business that can be reflected in government policies, social welfare through real estate, and vitalization. You need a strategy.
