대학생의 직무체험과정이 구직효능감에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

국내 대학에서 매년 확인하는 신입생 관련 현황들을 살펴보면, 신입생들이 느끼는 어려운 부분은 대학에 입학을 했지만, 앞으로 미래에 대한 두려움으로 본인들의 진로와 직업 선택에 관한 문제의 비중이 매우 크며, 포스트 코로나 시대를 맞이하여 저성장 기조에 대학생들의 취업률은 계속 낮아지고 있지만, 이를 해결할 근본적인 대안은 없어 보인다. 다만, 대학은 대학생들의 진로와 취업의 도움을 주고자 직무체험과정을 운영하여 학생들이 진로의 선택에 도움을 제공하고 있다. 이에 본연구에서는 이러한 직무체험과정의 효과를 극대화하기 위해서 직무체험과정이 셀프리더십과 구직효능감 간의 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 연구의 분석을 위해 먼저 표본의 대표성과 정규성 검증을 수행하였고, 측정에 대한 타당성과신뢰성이 확보되었는지 확인하기 위해 탐색적 요인분석을 수행하였다. 또한, 변수들 간의 관련성 검토를 위해 상관분석을수행하였고, 가설의 검증을 위해 다중회구분석을 사용하였고, 매개효과 검증을 위해 Process Macro를 사용하였다. 분석결과 직무체험과정, 셀프리더십, 구직효능감 간에는 정(+)의 인과관계가 나타났으며, 셀프리더십은 직무체험과정과 구직효능감의 관계에서 부분 매개효과 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학생의 직무체험과정, 셀프리더십, 구직효능감 간의 인과관계를 연구한 최초의 실증연구로서 직무체험과정이 보다 실제적인 진로와 취업의 긍정적인 역할을 하기 위해서는 셀프리더십에 대한 고려가 반영된 프로그램으로 확장이 필요하고, 이것이 구직효능감을 높여 주는 관계를 규명하는 것에 학술적 의의가 있다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여, 향후 대학교의 직무체험과정을 설계함에 있어, 프로그램 자체적인 성과는 물론이고, 참여하는 학생들의 셀프 리더십의 강화하기 위한 교육체계 및 정책 등의 수립에 대한 실증적 근거를 확보할 것으로 사료된다. 또한 대학생의 진로체험과정의 수립의 범주를 넘어, 학교와 기업과 교육당국의 역할에 대한정책적 관점의 법과 제도 개선을 위한 활용자료로 사용 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

Looking at the results of a fact-finding survey of freshmen reported annually by domestic universities, the biggest concern of college students is that the problem with their future career and career choice is very large. continues to fall, but there seems to be no fundamental alternative to solve this problem. However, universities are operating work experience courses to help college students in their career and employment, providing help to students in choosing their career path. Therefore, in this study, in order to maximize the effect of the job experience process, the effect of the job experience process on self-leadership and job search efficacy was analyzed. As an analysis method, the characteristics and normality of the sample were confirmed, exploratory factor analysis was performed to verify validity and reliability, and correlation analysis was performed to examine the relationship between variables. In addition, multiple regression analysis was conducted to find out the relationship between the independent variable, the mediating variable, and the dependent variable, and a process macro model was used to find out the mediating effect. As a result of the analysis, a positive (+) causal relationship was found between the job experience process, self-leadership, and job-seeking efficacy, and self-leadership appeared to play a partial mediating effect in the relationship between the job experience process and job-seeking efficacy. This study is the first empirical study to study the causal relationship among college students' job experience process, self-leadership, and job search efficacy. It is necessary to expand to, and it is of academic significance to identify the relationship that increases job search efficacy. Through the results of this study, in designing future university work experience courses, it is expected that empirical grounds will be secured for the establishment of educational systems and policies to strengthen self-leadership of participating students as well as the performance of the program itself. It is foreseeable. In addition, beyond the scope of establishing a career experience course for college students, it is expected that it can be used as basic data for improving the law/system from a policy perspective on the role of schools, companies, and educational authorities.
