초(超)불확실성 시대의 대학 진로교육 교과목 개발 및 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 현재처럼 불확실성이 만연한 시대에 보다 적응적인 진로교육 교과목을 개발하여 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감과 진로적응성에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 것이 주요 목적이다. 이를 위해서 우선, 문헌조사 및 요구조사, 전문가 자문을 통해 '자기이해, 직업세계 이해, 진로계획, 진로준비'의 공통적인 주제 외에 대안적 진로 이론(진로 구성주의, 계획된 우연 이론, 진로 카오스 이론)과 긍정심리 요소(성장 마인드셋, 그릿, 회복탄력성)를 고려하여 교과목을 개발하여 A시에 소재한 4년제 대학에서 진로교육 교과목(교양선택)을 한 학기 동안 수강한 40명의 학생들을 실험집단으로, 이 기간 동안 진로와 관련된 교과목을 수강하지 않은 41명의 학생들을 통제집단으로 선정하여 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 통해 집단 간 효과차이를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 본 연구에서 개발한 진로교육 교과목은 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감, 진로적응성에 있어서 통계적으로 유의한 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 현재처럼 불확실성이 높은 상황에서 진로 및 취업을준비하는 대학생들에게 자신감과 적응성을 높일 수 있는 진로교육 정책 수립에 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop more adaptive career education subject in an era of uncertainty as it is now and to verify the effects on career decision-making self-efficacy and career adaptability of university students. For this purpose, the participants of this study was selected from 40 students who participated in a university in A city and participated in the class for one semester by developing subjects in consideration of alternative career theory(career construction, planned happenstance, career theory of chaos) and psychological factors (growth mindset, grit, resilience) in addition to the common theme of self-understanding, understanding of the job world, career planing, and career preparation through prior research, needs for university students, and opinion of experts. 41 students who did not take the class were selected as the control group and the difference in effect between the groups was analyzed through ANCOVA. As a result, it was confirmed that the career education subject developed in this study had a statistically significant effect on career decision-making self-efficacy and career adaptability of university students. The results of this study can be used as a useful basic data for establishing a career education plan that can increase the confidence and adaptability of college students preparing for career and employment in a situation where uncertainty is high.
