국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지사의 건강에 대한 다차원적 고용의 질의 영향을 실증적으로 규명함으로써 궁극적으로 사회복지사의 건강증진에 기여하는 것에 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 유엔유럽경제위원회(UNECE)의 다차원적 고용의 질 평가틀을 바탕으로 사회복지사의 특성을 고려한 고용의 질 차원과 지표를 선정하였고, 2020년 한국근로환경조사(KWCS)자료를 활용하여426명 사회복지사를 연구대상으로 선정하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과같다. 첫째, 사회복지사의 정신건강에는 고용의 안전과 윤리성, 임금 및 복지혜택, 고용안정성및 사회보장, 고용관련 관계 및 근무동기 차원이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 주관적 건강에는 고용의 안전과 윤리성, 노동시간 및 일과 삶의 균형 차원이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회복지사의 정신건강과 주관적 건강 모두에 영향을 미치지 않는차원은 사회적 대화와 기술개발 및 훈련으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는사회복지사의 건강증진을 위한 정책적 제안과 후속 연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to contribute to the health promotion of social workers by empirically identifying the effect of multidimensional employment quality on the health of social workers. To this end, this study selected dimensions and indicators of employment quality considering the characteristics of social workers based on the multidimensional employment quality evaluation framework of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE). In addition, using the 2020 Korea Working Conditions Survey (KWCS) data, 426 social workers were selected as study subjects and multiple regression analysis was conducted. The analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that the safety and ethics of employment, wages and welfare benefits, employment stability and social security, employment-related relationships, and work motivation had an effect on the mental health of social workers. Second, it was found that the safety and ethics of employment, working hours, and work-life balance had an effect on social workers' subjective health. Third, social dialogue, skill development, and training appeared to be the dimensions that did not affect both mental health and self-rated health of social workers. Based on the above analysis results, this study proposed policy proposals and follow-up studies for social workers' health promotions.
