국문 초록

본 연구는 혁신학교에서의 교사리더십을 복잡성원리에 적용하여 탐색해보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 혁신교육의 특징과 원리, 혁신학교에서의 교사리더십, 복잡성원리를 적용한 혁신학교에서의 교사리더십에 대해 분석하고 탐색적으로 접근하였다. 연구결과, 혁신학교에서 교사리더십은 전통적이고 권위적인 교사리더십과는 방향이 다르며, 혁신학교라는 특성과 부합하는 교사리더십을 복잡성원리에 적용하여보았을 때, 혁신학교에서의 교사리더십의 특성은 민주성, 주체성, 자발성, 상호작용, 변화지향성, 공유중심, 재창조성등으로 나타났다. 또한 혁신학교라는 다양한 상황이 존재하는학습의 장에서의 교사로서의 리더십 발휘는 혼란과 불안정한 상황의 긍정적 피드백, 교사와 학생의 자기조직화 및 공진화를 통한 동반성장과 창발 등 복잡성원리의 특징과 부합하여 적용할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 결과를 통해 다양한 환경변화를 수용하고수업방식의 다양성과 창의성을 중심으로 운영되고 있는 혁신학교에서, 교사리더십을 성공적으로 발휘하기 위한 리더십의 과정을 복잡성 원리를 적용하여 탐색적으로 접근하여 보고, 혁신학교의 교사리더십에 대한 교육적 의미를 도출하기 위하여 혁신학교와 교사리더십이라는 개념간의 관계를 규명하는 원리로 복잡성이론을 제시한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore teacher leadership in innovative schools by applying it to the principle of complexity. In order to achieve this research purpose, we analyzed and explored the characteristics and principles of innovative education, teacher leadership in innovative schools, and teacher leadership in innovative schools applying complexity principles. As a result of the study, teacher leadership in innovative schools is different from traditional and authoritative teacher leadership, and when teacher leadership in line with the characteristics of innovative schools is applied to the principle of complexity, the characteristics of democracy, subjectivity, spontaneity, interaction, change orientation, sharing, and re-creation. In addition, the exercise of leadership as a teacher in the learning field where various situations exist could be applied in line with the characteristics of complex principles such as positive feedback of confusion and unstable situations, shared growth and development through self-organization and co-evolution of teachers and students. Through these results, this study presents complexity theory as a principle to explore the process of leadership to accommodate various environmental changes and successfully demonstrate teacher leadership by applying the principle of complexity.
