국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구는 특수교육 기본 교육과정 진로와 직업과 성취기준에 대한 인식을 분석함으로써 향후 진로와 직업과 개정 방향을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 이를 위하여 특수학교 진로전담교사 123명을 대상으로 2015 진로와 직업과 성취기준에 대한 중요도와 실행도에 대한 IPA 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 장점 중심의 자기 인식과 교과 간 연계에 기반한 미래 지향적인 자기 탐색 과정이 요구된다. 둘째, 미래 지향적인 진로설계를 위해 학생의 흥미에 기반한 4차 산업혁명 시대의 다양한 직업을 반영하여야 한다. 셋째, 장애 학생들의 직업적 성공을 위해서는 현장 중심의 직업교육이 필요하다. 넷째, 초·중·고 연계 교육과정을 통해 학생 중심의 진로 의사결정을 강화하여야 한다. 다섯째, 진로와 직업과에서 진로의 범위를 확대하여 개인 맞춤형 진로 준비가 이루어져야 한다. 마지막으로 지역사회에서의 주체적인 삶을 위한 직업 생활로 내용이 확대 편성되어야 한다. 결론: 이와 같은 연구 결과를 토대로 진로와 직업과 개정을 위한 영역별 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to suggest future revision directions by analyzing the perception of the career and vocation subject achievement standards in the basic curriculum for special education. Method: An Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) analysis was conducted on the importance and performance of the 2015 career and vocation subject achievement standards for 123 career teachers in special schools. Results: First of all, a future-oriented self-exploration process based on strength-centered self-awareness and linkage between subjects is needed. Second, in order to design future-oriented careers, various vocations in the era of the 4th industrial revolution based on students' interests should be reflected on. Third, field-oriented vocational education is necessary for the vocational success of students with disabilities. Fourth, student-centered career decision-making should be strengthened through the elementary, middle, and high school linked curriculum. Finally, it should be expanded to work life for an independent life in the community. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, implications for each area were suggested for the revision of the career and vocation subject.
