국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 안녕감이 영유아권리존중 보육실행에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구대상은 경북 P시와 G시 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 268명이다. 연구방법은 설문조사 방법으로 2021년 11월 12일부터 2021년 11월30일까지 실시되었으며, 수집된 자료는 spss 27.0을 활용하여 person의 적률상관관계와 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 보육교사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 안녕감 간에는 전체적으로 유의미한 부적상관을 보여, 심리적 안녕감이 높을수록 직무스트레스가 낮게 나타났다. 보육교사의직무스트레스와 영유아권리존중 보육실행 간에는 전체적으로 유의미한 부적 상관을보여, 보육교사의 직무스트레스가 높을수록 영유아권리존중 보육실행 수준은 낮은것으로 나타났다. 보육교사의 심리적 안녕감과 영유아권리존중 보육실행 간에는 전체적으로 유의미한 정적 상관을 보여, 보육교사의 심리적 안녕감이 높을수록 영유아권리존중 보육실행 수준도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 직무스트레스는 영유아권리존중 보육실행에 부정적 영향을 미쳤고,하위요인 중 원장의 지도력 및 행정적 지원 부족, 동료와의 관계 관련 스트레스를 많이 받을수록 영유아권리존중 보육실행에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 심리적 안녕감은 영유아권리존중 보육실행에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤고, 하위요인인 자아수용성과 개인적인 성장을 위한 노력을 많이 할수록 영유아권리존중 보육실행에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결론: 보육교사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 안녕감이 영유아권리존중 보육실행에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인임을 보여준다. 보육교사의 심리적 안녕감 향상 도모와 직무스트레스를 완화하기 위한 노력은 영유아권리존중 보육실행의 밑거름이 됨을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of job stress and psychologicalwell-being of childcare teachers on childcare practice respecting the rights of infantsand young children. Methods: The subjects of this study were 268 childcare teachers working at daycare centersin P-city and G-city, Gyeongsangbuk-do. The research method was a survey methodand was conducted from November 12, 2021 to November 30, 2021, and thecollected data were subjected to person moment correlation and multiple regressionanalysis using spss 27.0. Results: First, there was an overall significant negative correlation between job stress andpsychological well-being of childcare teachers. The higher the psychological well-being,the lower the job stress. Overall, there was a significant negative correlation betweenjob stress of child care teachers and child care practice respecting infant rights, andthe higher the job stress of child care teachers, the lower the level of child carepractice respecting infant rights. Overall, there was a significant positive correlationbetween childcare teachers' psychological well-being and childcare practice respectingthe rights of infants. Second, the job stress of childcare teachers had negativeeffecton childcare practices respecting infact rights, and among the sub-factors thelack of leadership and administrative support of the director and stress related torelationships with peers had a negative impact on childcare practice of respectinginfant rights appeared to affect. Third, psychological well-being of childcare teachershad a positive effect on the child care practice respecting thd rights of infants andyoung children, and the more efforts for self-acceptance and personal growth, whichare sub-factors, had a positive the effect on childcare practices respecting the rightsof infants and young children. Conclusion: This study shows that job stress and psychological well-being of childcare teachers areimportant variables that affect childcare practice respecting the rights of infants andyoung children. It suggests that efforts to improve childcare teachers' psychologicalwell-being and relieve job stress become the basis for childcare practices respectingthe rights of infants and young children.
