국문 초록

이논문은니체의‘사랑에의한정의의실현’을개별적주체의차원과이개별 적 주체가 타자들과 맺는 관계인 사회적 차원으로 구분하여 다룬다. 개별적 주 체의 차원은 성 충동과 성적 쾌락이 생식에의 의지에서 사유를 포함한 정신적 사랑으로 나아가는 과정이고, 사회적 차원은 개별적 주체들 간의 관계가 정의로 운 사회적 관계를 성립하는 과정이다. 이를 통해 이 논문은 사랑이 이 세계에 정 의를 어떻게 실현하는지를 다루고자 한다. 이 논문의 개별적 주체의 차원은 성 충동에서 정신적 사랑으로의 변형으로 사랑의 윤리학이 형성되는 과정이라 할 수 있으며, 사회적 차원은 사랑의 윤리학에 근간한 개별적 주체들이 타인들과의 관계성 안에서 정의로운 관계를 실현하려는 사랑의 정치학이라 할 수 있다. 따 라서 이 논문은 사랑의 윤리학과 사랑의 정치학을 바탕으로 사랑이 이 세계 안 에 정의를 어떻게 실현하는지 드러내고자 한다.

영문 초록

This paper deals with Nietzsche’s realization of justice through love by dividing it into the dimension of individual subjects and the social dimension, which is the relationship between these individual subjects and others. The level of individual subject is the process in which sexual impulse and sexual pleasure move from the will to reproduce to spiritual love including thought. The social dimension is the process by which the relationship between individual subjects forms the right social relationship. Through this, this thesis aims to deal with how love realizes justice in this world. In this paper, the individual subject level can be said to be the process of forming the ethics of love through the conversion from sexual impulse to mental love, and the social level can be said to be the process of forming individual subjects based on the subject’s ethics. Love is righteous in our relationships with others. Realizing a relationship can be said to be the politics of love. In the conclusion, based on the ethics of love and the politics of love, I would like to clarify how love realizes justice in this world.
