국문 초록

수학교육에서 인공지능의 활용은 학생들의 수준과 요구에 따라 개별 맞춤형 학습이 가능한 지능형 교수 시스템(intelligent tutoring system)에 중점을 두고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 지능형 교수시스템을 활용한 수학교사의 전문성 신장 방안을 모색하여 미래 수학교사 교육에 시사점을 제공하고자 하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 수학교사의 전문성 신장에 필요한 요소를 도출하고 지능형교수 시스템을 수학수업에 통합하는 과정에서 요구되는 사항과 문제점을 확인하였다. 선행연구를 토대로 본 연구에서는 지능형 교수 시스템을 활용한 수학교사의 전문성 신장 방안을 교사학습 공동체를 통한 데이터 기반 수업 설계 및 실행으로 설정하고 이를 구체화하였다.

영문 초록

The use of artificial intelligence in mathematics education focuses on an intelligent tutoring system that enables personalized learning according to the level and needs of students. The purpose of this study is to investigate the way in which mathematics teachers can develop their professionalism integrating an intelligent tutoring system into their lesson. To this end, the factors necessary for enhancing mathematics teachers’ professionalism in teaching were identified, and challenges and affordances of integrating an intelligent tutoring system into mathematics classrooms were examined. Based on previous studies, this study hypothesizes that mathematics teachers’ professionalism in teaching can be improved by using student data from intelligent tutoring systems in teacher learning communities.
