노인의 경로당 여가활동프로그램 참여와 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 사회적 배제의 조절효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 노인의 삶의 만족도를 향상시키는 방안을 마련하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 노인의 경로당 여가활동프로그램 참여와 삶의 만족도와의 관계를 살펴보고, 사회적 배제가 어떠한 조절효과를 나타내는지 검증하였다. 본 연구는 경로당을 이용하는 노인 105명의 설문자료를 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 연구문제를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 경로당 여가활동프로그램 참여는 삶의 만족도에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 삶의 만족도에 사회적 배제는 부적(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 배제는 노인의 경로당 여가활동프로그램 참여와 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 사회적 배제가 높은 그룹은 경로당 여가활동프로그램 참여와 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 노인의 삶의 질을 약화시키는 취약방향인 것으로 확인되었으며, 사회적 배제가 낮은 그룹은 높아 지는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 노인의 삶의 만족도를 높이기 위한 사회복지적 개입방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to prepare a plan to improve the life satisfaction of the elderly. To this end, the relationship between the elderly's participation in leisure activity programs per senior citizen and life satisfaction was examined, and what moderating effects social exclusion exhibited were verified. This study analyzed research problems using the SPSS program with questionnaire data of 105 elderly people using senior citizen centers. The main results of this study are summarized as follows. First, it was found that the elderly's participation in leisure activity programs per senior citizen had a positive (+) effect on life satisfaction. Second, it was found that social exclusion had a negative (-) effect on the life satisfaction of the elderly. Third, it was confirmed that social exclusion had a moderating effect in the relationship between the elderly's participation in leisure activity programs per senior citizen and life satisfaction. In particular, it was confirmed that the group with high social exclusion was a vulnerable direction to weaken the quality of life of the elderly in the relationship between participation in leisure activity programs per senior citizen and life satisfaction, and the group with low social exclusion increased. Based on these research results, a social welfare intervention plan was proposed to increase the satisfaction of the elderly's life.
