신노년 세대의 여가인식과 성격유형이 생활만족도와의 관계

국문 초록

이 연구는 신노년 세대의 여가인식과 생활만족도 관계에서 성격유형이 매개효과로서 어떻게 작용을 하고 있는지를 분석하여 규명함으로써 신노년 세대의 생활만족도를 향상 시키는 데 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이 연구의 대상은 신노년 세대인 만 55세-만 67세를 대상으로 2021년 6월4일부터 7월20일까지 조사하였으며, 최종 575부를 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 자료분석은 이 연구의 자료 분석은 연구대상자의 사회인구학적 특성 및 각 변수들의 양상을 알아보기 위해 기술통계 분석, 측정변인 간 관계를 확인하기 위해 상관관계 분석을 실시하였고 이를 바탕으로 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구결과, 첫째, 여가인식은 여가에 대한 지식과 자기인식을 포함하는 인지적 측면의 평균이 3.86, 여가와 놀이에 대한 태도, 여가참여와 의사결정을 포함하는 정서적 측면의 평균이 3.94로 나타났고 여가인식의 전체 평균은 3.83으로 나타나 연구대상의 여가에 대한 인식 및 태도는 비교적 긍정적인 것으로 확인되었다. 생활만족도는 평균 3.51로 나타났고, 하위요인인 사회적 만족도(M=3.66), 신체적 만족도(M=3.60), 정서적 만족도(M=3.54), 인지적 만족도(M=3.29) 순으로 높은 평균을 지닌 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 신노년의 생활만족도에 대해 여가인식의 정서적 측면, 성격유형인 실패과장형, 적극적 통합형, 의존적 수동형, 자기부정형 순으로 유의하게 예측하였고, 사람들은 여가인식의 정서적 측면, 성격유형인 실패과장형, 적극적 통합형, 의존적 수동형, 자기부정형이 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인으로 확인되었다. 이 연구는 여가인식과 성격유형이 생활만족도와의 관계를 살펴볼 수 있는 실증자료로 제공될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to provide basic data on improving the life satisfaction of the new elderly generation by analyzing and investigating how personality types work as a mediating effect in the relationship between leisure perception and life satisfaction of the new elderly generation. The subjects of this study were surveyed from June 4 to July 20, 2021, targeting the new elderly generation aged 55 to 67, and the final 575 copies were used as analysis data. Data analysis in this study conducted descriptive statistics analysis and correlation analysis to confirm the relationship between measurement variables to find out the socio-demographic characteristics of the study subjects and the patterns of each variable, and regression analysis was conducted based on this. As a result of this study, first, the average of cognitive aspects including knowledge and self-awareness of leisure was 3.86, the average of emotional aspects including leisure and play, leisure participation and decision-making was 3.94, and the overall average of leisure perception was relatively positive. Life satisfaction was found to have an average of 3.51, followed by sub-factors such as social satisfaction (M=3.66), physical satisfaction (M=3.60), emotional satisfaction (M=3.54), and cognitive satisfaction (M=3.29). Second, the emotional aspect of leisure perception, personality type failure and intestinal type were significantly predicted in the order of leisure perception, positive integration, dependent passive type, and self-adverse type, and people were identified as important variables. It is judged that this study can be provided as empirical data to examine the relationship between leisure perception and personality type with life satisfaction.
