국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 일터영성과 일-가정 촉진, 그리고 조직구성원들의 직무, 가정, 생활만족도 간의 관계를규명하는 것이다. 우리는 중국에 있는 189명의 종업원을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하였다. 수집된 자료를 활용하여 구조방정식 모형 분석을 수행하였으며 이를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일터영성은 일-가정촉진 양방향에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일 가정 방향 촉진은 가정만족과 생활만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 가정 일 방향 촉진은 직무만족에 유의한 긍정적 영향을미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 의의는 일터영성과 일-가정 촉진의 관계가 삶의 영역에 대한 구성원 만족의중요한 예측요인임을 입증하여 이론 및 실무적으로 시사점을 제공할 수 있는 선행연구로서의 가치를 제공하였다는 데에 있다. 끝으로 향후 연구방향과 한계점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to determine the relationship between workplace spirituality and work-family facilitation, and on this basis, to further explore the relationship between work-family facilitation under the influence of workplace spirituality and employees' satisfaction in different domains. The study collected survey ques- tionnaires from 189 employees in China and conducted structural equation model analysis of the data. The results demonstrate that workplace spirituality has a significant positive relationship on both dimensions of work-family facilitation. Moreover, work-to-family facilitation has a positive effect on family and life satisfaction. But family-to-work facilitation has a significant positive effect only on job satisfaction. This study demonstrated that the relationship between workplace spirituality and work-family facilitation plays an important role in understanding employee satisfaction with life domains. Finally, theoretical and practical insights are presented based on the findings of this study.
