국문 초록

환경에 대한 고려는 기업의 운영과 직접적으로 연관되어 있기 때문에 기업의 환경책임활동은 기업의 지속가능성을 위해서 필수적인 조건이 되고 있다. ESG경영에서 기업의 환경적 책임활동은 상대적으로 등한시되어왔으나 최근 들어 수출기업을 중심으로 그 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 특히 CER은 비계량적인 요소인 관계품질과 비재무성과에 직접적인 영향을 미친다고 한다. 이에 본 연구는 환경책임활동이 관계품질과 비재무성과에어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아보기 위하여 일반 제조기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 구조방정식 모델을사용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 분석결과 기업의 환경책임활동은 기업에 대한 신뢰와 몰입을 높여주었고, 신뢰와 몰입은 기업의 비재무성과에 긍정적으로 작용하였다. 또 조절효과 분석을 통해 기업규모나 환경전담부서, 녹색경영인증 유무에 따라서 환경책임활동, 관계품질, 비재무성과 간의 관계에 차이가 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 기업의 장기적인 성장과 발전을 위해서 환경책임활동이 필요함을 확인하였고, 기업의 환경관련 전담부서의 운영 및 녹색경영우수업체 획득이 중요함을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

Environmental considerations are directly related to the business environment. Thus, corporate environmental responsibility activities are an essential condition for a company's sustainability. In ESG management, corporate environmental responsibility activities have been relatively neglected, but recently, their importance has been highlighted, centering on exporting companies. In particular, it is said that CER directly affects relationship quality and non-financial performance, which are non-quantitative factors. In this study, a survey was conducted on general manufacturing companies to find out how environmental responsibility activities affect relationship quality and non-financial performance. This study was conducted using a structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, environmental responsibility activities of a company increased trust and commitment to the company, and trust and commitment acted positively on the non-financial performance of the company. Also, looking at the results of the moderating effect, there was a difference in the relationship between environmental responsibility activities, relationship quality, and non-financial performance according to the size of the company or the presence or absence of departments related to the environment. Through the results of this study, it was confirmed that environmental responsibility activities are necessary for long-term leadership and develop￾ment of a company, and it was revealed that it is important to operate an environment-related department and acquire green management.
