자녀를 유아교육기관에 보내는 북한이탈주민 어머니의 어려움과 지원방안

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아기 자녀를 유아교육기관에 보내는 북한이탈주민 어머니의 어려 움을 살펴보고, 지원 방안에 대해 논의하는 것이었다. 연구대상은 ‘북한이탈주민, 자녀 양육’, ‘북한이탈주민, 유아’를 공통 주제어로 한 구체적 사례가 드러나는 연구물 9편이었 다. 연구결과 자녀를 유아교육기관에 보내는 북한이탈주민 어머니들은 언어 차이, 교육 방식의 차이, 경제적 부담으로 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 각 어려움에 따른 지원 방안으로 는 언어 차이의 어려움에 있어서는 유아교육기관용 한국어 교육 방법 및 교재 개발이 제 안되었다. 그리고 교육 방식 차이에 대해서는 남북한 출신 부모가 함께 참여하는 부모교 육, 북한이탈주민을 위한 온라인 부모교육 지원과 교육용 앱의 개발이 제안되었다. 비용 부담의 어려움에 있어서는 북한이탈주민 어머니들의 자치 운영에 의한 귀가 후 시간제 공동육아가 제안되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the difficulties of North Korean defectormothers sending their children to early childhood education institutions, and todiscuss support plans for them. The subjects of this study were nine research articlesthat revealed specific examples of ‘North Korean defectors, raising children’ and‘North Korean defectors, young children’ as common themes. As a result of thisstudy, North Korean defector mothers who send their children to early childhoodeducation institutions were experiencing difficulties due to differences in language,educational methods, and economic burden. As a support plans for the difficulties oflanguage differences, the development of Korean language education methods andtextbooks for early childhood education institutions was proposed. Regarding thedifferences in education methods, parent education in which parents from North andSouth Korea participate together, online parent education support for North Koreandefectors, and development of educational apps were suggested. For the difficultyof cost burden, part-time cooperative childcare after returning home by autonomousoperation of North Korean defector mothers was proposed.
