국문 초록

본 연구는 카페거리를 관광목적지 속성뿐만 아니라 도시재생이나 마을 명소 만들기 프로그램의 일환으로써 경관 디자인까지 발전시켜야 한다는 관점에서 한국적인 카페거리 경관 조성을 위해 경관 디자인 관련연구의 이론 고찰과 사례분석을 병행하였다. 이를 통해 관광목적지, 도시재생과 마을 명소 만들기로서의 카페거리의 가치를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 한국적인 카페거리의 경관 디자인 방향을 제시하였다. 왜냐하면 현대적인 관광객은 카페거리의 소비가치를 본다는 점에서 이러한 관점을 반영해야 하고 동시에 휴식과 만남 그리고 치유의 개념으로 확장되고 있는 카페거리를 경관 디자인에서부터 고려해야 한다는 현실적인 시장의 요구를 제시하였다. 하지만 본 연구가 이론 고찰과 사례분석으로만 이루어져 그 한계가 있다는 점에서 향후 연구에서는 실증분석을 통한 이론과 사례분석의 내용을 보완해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop the cafe street as a part of urban regeneration and village spotting program as well as tourism destination attributes. Especially, we wanted to contribute to the creation of Korean cafe street landscape by developing landscape design. For this purpose, the theoretical review and the case analysis of the cafe landscape design were performed. We tried to derive the value of cafe street as tourist destination, city regeneration and village spot creation. This is expected to contribute to the direction of landscape design of Korean cafe street. Because modern tourists see the value of cafe street consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to reflect these viewpoints, and at the same time to consider cafe streets that are expanding to the concept of rest, meeting and healing from landscape design. This is a real market demand. However, this study is limited by theoretical review and case analysis. Therefore, we expect that future research will complement the theory and case analysis through empirical analysis.
