초등 교육연극에서 마당극 양식의 구현 방법 연구

국문 초록

목적：본 연구는 초등 교육연극에서 마당극 양식이 가지는 의의와 그 구현 방법을 구안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법：이를 위해 마당극의 정의와 양식적 특성을 이론적으로 밝히며, 마당극 양식을 실제 희곡 각색에 적용한 사례를 구체적으로 제시하여 실천적인 방법을 제시하는 데까지 나아간다. 결과：2장에서는 마당극의 카니발 서사적 특징과 무대의 확장 및 관객의 전환 방식을 다룬다. 이를 바탕으로 마당극이 교육연극과 어떻게 의미 있는 접점을 가질 수 있는지 짚어본다. 3장에서는 마당극의 양식을 반영한 희곡 각색 방법을 논의한다. 그러기위해 창작 동화 「칠 대 독자 동넷개」를 동명의 어린이 희곡으로 각색한 사례를 예로 들고, 사회적 약자의 승리를 다룬 플롯과 얼러대기 표현 전략을 활용하는 방법을 알아본다. 결론：마당극은 우리 전통극을 현대적 연극으로 창조적으로 계승·발전시킨 장르라는 점에서 교육적 가치가 높다. 이 연구는 마당극 양식을 교육연극에 적용함으로써, 연희자 중심의 교육연극에서 소외되었던 관객 학습자를 연극의 실질적인 주체로 재조명했다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose：The purpose of this study is to develop the meaning of Madanggeuk in elementary education drama and its implementation method. Methods：To this end, I will explain the definition of the madanggeuk do and the stylistic characteristics theoretically and proceed to suggest a practical method by presenting the application of madanggeuk. Results：Chapter 2 deals with the narrative characteristics of the carnival of the madanggeuk, the expansion of the stage and the way the audience changes. Based on this, I will examine how madanggeuk can have meaningful contacts with educational theater. Chapter 3 discusses how to adapt the drama to reflect the style of the stage. For this purpose, let’s take as an example the adaptation of the creative fairy tale 「Seventh Only kid Dongnetgae」 as a children’s play of the same name, and find out how to use the plots dealing with the victory of the weak and the eolleodaegi expression strategy. Conclusion：Madanggeuk Pole is educational value because it is a genre that creatively inherited and developed our traditional drama as a modern drama. In this study, it is meaningful to apply the madanggeuk style to the educational drama, and to transform the audience learner who was alienated from the drama centered educational drama into the actual subject of the drama.
