코퍼스를 활용한 정도부사 연구

국문 초록

목적：본 연구는 교육용 정도부사의 사용 빈도 분석과 공기관계를 파악하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법：이를 위해 한국어 교재 59권을 대상으로 코퍼스를 구축하여 어휘 분석을 실시하였다. 결과：‘아주’는 초급 단계에서, ‘매우’는 중급 단계와 고급 단계에서 형용사와 공기하는 결합 빈도가 높았다. 그러나 ‘매우’는 다른 품사와의 공기 양상이 상당히 제한적이다. ‘너무’는 중급 단계에서 형용사, 동사와 더 잘 공기된다. ‘가장’은 고급 단계에서 다양한 정도반의어 형용사, 심리동사 및 비교보조사와 더 잘 결합한다. ‘더’ 또한 비교정도 표현의 형용사, 동사 및 비교보조사와 더 잘 결합한다. 그리고 일부 동작동사와 결합하여 동작 강화의 유표적 의미 특징을 보인다. ‘덜’은 모든 품사와 공기관계가 제한적이며 고급 단계에서만 일부 동작동사와 결합하여 비교나 정도 약화의 의미 대신, 유표적 의미 특징을 나타낸다. 결론：본 연구는 정도부사의 사용 양상과 공기관계 특징을 분석하여 한국어 학습자에게 체계적인 어휘 학습 방안을 제시함으로써 한국어 학습에 큰 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

Purpose：The purpose of this study is to analyze the aspect of usage and a list of co occurrent words for educational degree adverbs. Methods：For this study, the corpus was compiled by classifying by 59 Korean textbooks in order to analyze the aspect of usage frequency of degree adverbs and extract a list of co occurrent words based on corpus analysis. Results：The finding of corpus analysis shows that ‘Aju’ has highest usage frequency of co occurrence with adjectives at basic level and ‘Maeu’ has restricted cooccurrence with other parts of speech. ‘Neomu’ has highest usage frequency of co occurrence with adjectives and verbs at intermediate level. ‘Kajang’ has particularly high cooccurrence with degreeable adjectives, psychological verbs, auxiliary postpositional particle for expressing comparison at advanced level. ‘Deo’ has higher cooccurrence with adjectives, verbs at advanced level. Moreover, ‘Deo’ is highly collocated with ‘than’ for comparison combining with degreeable adjectives but when combined with ‘action verbs’ such as ‘wait, eat, do well’, ‘Deo’ has a marked meaning of ‘intensification of action’. ‘Deol’ has restricted cooccurrence with other words remarkably at every level despite of only contrastive meaning with ‘deo’. In addition, ‘Deol’ has a marked meaning of ‘incompletion’ when collocated with verbs such as ‘became, write, wake up, leak’. Conclusion：This study eventually aims to forster the learning of the degree adverbs for Korean learners by presenting the appropriate usage and collocated words of degree adverbs based on corpus analysis.
