영문 초록

This study is to develop the urban rehabilitation facility indicators for reused facilities from sustainable facility management perspective since infill and regenerating facilities are critical anchoring factor for sustainable development of the city. For this study, using keywords, ‘urban rehabilitation’, ‘sustainability’, ‘facility management’, ‘reused facility’, a systematic search for studies was conducted. Several urban regeneration indicators for anchoring facilities were collected for investigation. Based on the literature review, facility indicators were collected and categorized from the five perspectives: physical, cultural, social, environmental, and economical aspects. Some redundant indicators need to be removed, similar ones need to be merged, and some need to be recategorized. These indicators would represent the needs of community residents, employees, and visitors who would be future users of the facility, and could assess the degree of user satisfaction and suggest matters for improvement in future urban planning programs. This study proposed the facility indicators for evaluation of reused urban cultural facilities and guide for the future development of sustainable facility within urban rehabilitation plan.
