가구특성에 따른 주거복지서비스 인지에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 주거실태조사의 응답가구를 대상으로 가구의 특성이 주거복지서비스의 인지에 미치는 영향력에 대해서 분석하였다. 최근 정부에서는 주거복지의 향상을 위해서 다양한 프로그램을 개발하고 예산을 확대하여 실행하고 있다. 이러한 정책이 효과를 거두기 위해서는 주거복지서비스가 목표로 한 계층에 적절하게 인식되고 있는지를 확인할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위해서 주거복지서비스의 현황을 분석하고 가구특성을 인구통계학적 특성과 주거특성으로 구분하였다. 다음으로 각 항목을 영향요인으로 하여 주거복지서비스의 인지에 미치는 영향력을 로지스틱분석을 통해서 확인하였다. 분석결과 인구통계학적 특성에서 고령층과 신혼부부의 경우 복지서비스에 대한 인지도가상대적으로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 최근 우리나라는 저출산과 고령화로 인해서 많은 주거복지서비스가 추진되고 있으므로 적극적인 홍보와 효율적 정보전달방식을 개발할 필요가 있다. 주거특성에서는 주택구입의향이 있는 가구와 소득이 높은 가구의 경우 복지서비스에 대한 인지도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 무주택가구 중에서도 상대적으로 경제적인 여력이 있는 계층의 주거복지서비스에 대한 인지도가 높은 것으로 판단할 수 있다. 따라서 저소득층을대상으로 한 복지프로그램을 확대하고 홍보할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 주거복지서비스의 적절성과 효율성 보다는 복지서비스를 수혜대상이 인지하고 있는지의 여부를 분석했다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 앞으로도 주거복지서비스의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 다양한 연구가 지속적으로 진행되기를 바란다.

영문 초록

In this study, the effect of household characteristics on the perception of housing welfare services wasanalyzed through the results of the housing situation survey. Recently, the government is developingvarious programs and expanding the budget to improve housing welfare. In order for these policies to beeffective, it is necessary to check whether residential welfare services are properly recognized by thetargeted class. For this purpose, this study analyzed the current status of residential welfare services anddivided household characteristics into demographic characteristics and housing characteristics. Next,logistic analysis was performed to confirm the influence of each item on the perception of residentialwelfare services. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the elderly and newlyweds had relatively low awareness ofwelfare services in terms of demographic characteristics. In terms of housing characteristics, it was foundthat non-homeowners and households willing to buy a house had higher awareness of welfare services. The higher the income, the higher the awareness of welfare services. Therefore, it was found that themore economically available, the higher the awareness of the service. Therefore, it is necessary to expand and promote welfare programs for the low-income class. Thisstudy is meaningful in that it analyzed whether the beneficiaries were aware of welfare services. It ishoped that various studies that can improve the efficiency of residential welfare services will continue inthe future.
