국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 수도권·비수도권 벤처기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향 차이를 분석함으로써 지방벤처생태계 활성화를 위한 실질적인 정책을 제안함에 있다. 연구 데이터는 한국벤처기업협회의 2020년도 벤처기업정밀실태조사 자료를 활용하여 수도권 1,173개, 비수도권 788개, 전체 1,961개기업의 패널 데이터를 분석하였고, 창업자특성, 내부 역량, 외부자원활용역량이 매출액에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 매출액에 미치는 영향력을 수도권 소재 여부가 조절하는지 검증하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 수도권 소재 여부에 조절효과는 경쟁사대비 마케팅 역량이 경영성과에 양(+)의 효과가 있는 것을 도출하였고 이를 통해 비수도권의 각 지역별 주력 산업군 기반 판로개척 및 마케팅 프로그램 정책 도입 및 강화를 제안하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to propose a practical policy for revitalizing the local venture ecosystem by analyzing the differences in the impact on the management performance of venture companies in the metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas. The study data were used by Korea Venture Business Association's 2020 detailed survey on venture companies, and panel data of 1,173 metropolitan areas, 788 non-metropolitan areas, and 1,961 companies were analyzed. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to verify the impact of startup characteristics, internal capabilities, and external resource utilization capabilities. Through this, it was derived that the moderating effect on the location of the metropolitan area has a positive (+) effect on the management performance of marketing capabilities compared to competitors, and it is suggested that policies should be strengthened around this.
