국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나-19로 인해 비대면 교육이 확산되고 있는 가운데 해상교통교육도 온라인을 활용한 비대면 교육이 지속되고 있고 교육생의 고령화 등으로 인한 플랫폼 접근이 어려운 환경조건에서 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용한 해상교통교육분야의 발전방안을 도출했다. 첫째 해상교통교육에 있어서 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용한교육으로 전환을 촉진하기 위해서 현장에서 편하게 활용할 수 있는 장비 개발 및 보급이 필요하다. 둘째, 시공간적 제약에서 벗어나 보편적 해상교통교육을 받을 수 있는 메타버스 플랫폼이 마련될 수 있도록 법정교육 인정을 위한 제도 정비, 보급화를 위한 지원 확충이 필요하다. 셋째, 해상교통교육분야에 특화된 수요에 맞춤화된 생태계 구축 방안을 마련해야 한다.

영문 초록

In this paper, as non-face-to-face education is expending due to COVID-19, non-face-to-face education using online is continued for maritime transportation education, access to the platform is difficult due to the aging of trainees etc. we have deduced a development plan in the field of maritime transportation education using the metaverse platform. First, it is necessary to develop and distribute equipment that can be conveniently used in the field in order to promote the transition to education using the metaverse platform in maritime traffic education. Second, it is necessary to improve the system for accreditation of legal education, expand support for dissemination so that a metaverse platform that can receive universal maritime traffic education can be provided free of time and space constraints. Third, it is necessary to prepare a plan to build an ecosystem tailored to the needs specialized in the field of maritime transport education.
