국문 초록

본 논문은 소외된 자를 섬겨야 한다는 기독교 신학의 전제를 검토하고, 이러한 전제 안에서 사회 내 소외된 자를 위한 교회의 의미와 책무를 사회복지적 관점에서 논의함으로써 기독교사회복지의 가능성을 모색한다. 2장에서는 기독교가 왜 소외된 자를 섬겨야 되는가의 근거를 제시하기 위해 ‘1. 소외된 자를 사랑하시는 구약의 하나님’에 대한 논의와 ‘2. 신약성서 마태복음 25장 34-46절의 해석’을 다루고, 이를 통해 ‘소외된 자를 소외시키는 것이 결국 하나님을 소외시키는 것’이라는 신학적 담론을 확인한다. 3장에서는 교회가 하나님의 백성이자 그리스도의 몸이기에, 복음전파와 소외된 자를 돌보아야 할 책무를 지니고 있다는 점을 기술하고, 4장에서는 기독교사회복지의 가능성을 논한 이후, 소외된 자들을 섬겨야 하는 교회의 사회복지적 책무를, ‘가난의 소외로부터의 해방’, ‘노년의 소외로부터의 해방’, ‘장애의 소외로부터의 해방’, ‘낯섦의 소외로부터의 해방’ 등으로 제시한다. 5장은 글을 요약한다.

영문 초록

This thesis examines the premise of Christian theology that it should serve the marginalized and, wthin this premise, finds the possibility of Christian social welfare by discussing the meaning and responsibility of the church for the marginalized in society from a social welfare perspective. In Chapter 2, to present the reason why Christianity should serve the marginalized, ‘1. Discussion on ‘the God of the Old Testament who loves the marginalized’ and ‘2. Interpretation of Matthew 25:34-46 in the New Testament’ are dealt with, and through this, the theological discourse that ‘alienating the marginalized is ultimately alienating God’ is confirmed. Chapter 3 describes that the church, as the people of God and the body of Christ, has a responsibility to preach the gospel and care for the marginalized. Chapter 4 discusses the Possibility of Christian social welfare, and after that, it confirms: The social welfare responsibilities of the church are presented as 'liberation from the alienation of poverty', 'liberation from the alienation of old age', 'liberation from the alienation of the disabled', and 'liberation from the alienation of strangers(refugee)'. Chapter 5 summarizes the article.
