사회적자본은 노동 환경에 영향을 미치는가?

국문 초록

본 연구는 베트남 청년을 대상으로 사회적자본이 노동 환경 전반에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것에 목적을 둔다. 특히 사회적자본이 경제적 환경, 사회적 환경, 정치적 환경에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 나아가 청년들의 노동 환경 개선 방안을 모색해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 「베트남 지역사회 자립을 위한 “보건의료·기후변화·일자리 창출” 교육 프로그램 수요조사」의 일자리 창출 조사 자료를 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 사회적자본은 노동 환경에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 노동 환경의 하위요인에 따라 차이가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 세부적으로 경제적 환경, 사회적 환경, 정치적 환경 모두에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 그중 정치적 환경에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이를 바탕으로 사회적자본 축적을 위한 사회구조적 관점에서의 장기적 접근, 노동 환경의 세부적·통합적 분석, 네트워크를 활용한 정치적 환경 인식 개선 노력, 지역의 특수성을 반영한 사회적자본 조성이 필요함을 제시하였다. 추가적으로 연구의 대상을 다양한 취업 취약계층으로 확대 적용할 것과 사회적자본을 구체화하여 노동 환경을 살펴보는 연구가 필요함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of social capital on the overall working environment for Vietnamese youths. In particular, it was intended to examine how social capital affects the economic environment, social environment, and political environment, and further to seek ways to improve the working environment of youths. To this end, the job creation survey data, which was part of the “Demand Survey for Health Care, Climate Change, and Job Creation” education programs for the independence of the Vietnamese community. As a result, it was found that social capital had a positive effect on the working environment, and there was a difference according to the sub-variables of the working environment. Specifically, it was found that it had a positive effect on both the economic environment, the social environment, and the political environment, and among them, it had the greatest effect on the political environment. It was suggested that a long-term approach from a social structure perspective toward social capital accumulation, detailed and integrated analysis of the working environment, efforts to improve the perception of the political environment using networks, and the creation of social capital reflecting regional specificity are necessary.
