국문 초록

본 글은 국경 상황과 국내외 정치과정을 조사하면서, 우즈베키스탄의 문화접변에 영향을 미치는 환경 요인을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 우즈베키스탄 정부가 추진하고 있는 체제전환정책이 외부문화 유입을 자극하게 되고, 내재적 문화 복원과 함께 다양한 외부문화의 유입으로 인해 새로운 문화 형태로 변모해 가는 현상의 문제를 다루고 있다. 체제전환을 주도해 온 카리모프 대통령이 우즈베키스탄으로의 외부문화 유입과 문화접변 현상에 많은 영향을 미치는 위치에 있었기 때문에, 대통령의 장기집권 현상을 정리하면서 본 글이 시작된다. 우즈베키스탄의 국경구조가 내재적 문화 복원과 함께 중동(이슬람) 문화 등을 비롯한 외부문화가 보다 활기차게 유입되도록 하는 데 영향을 미치고 있음을 밝힌다. 그리고 다양한 형태의 국내외 정치과정에서 외부문화가 유입되고 있는 현상의 문제를 다룬다. 특히, 우즈베키스탄이 다자협의기구에의 참여를 통해 문화접변을 허용하게 되는 환경 요인을 시기별로 정리 및 분석한다. 체제전환정책과 내재적 문화 복원, 외부문화 유입과 문화접변 현상 등으로 인해 우즈베키스탄의 기존 문화질서가 해체될 수 있는 가변성 현상을 보이고 있음을 밝힌다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this writing is to analyze the environmental factors of the phenomenon of acculturation that has been formed in Uzbekistan while investigating the national borders situation and the domestic and overseas political processes. I state that the system conversion policy of Uzbekistan gets around to stimulating the inflows of the external cultures, that the cultural elements between each other get transmitted by having the cultures that are different from each other contact each other in such a process, and that Uzbekistan has been directly confronting the situation of the acculturation which changes to become a new culture. This writing begins while putting in order the phenomenon of the prolonged one-man rule by the President Karimov, who has been having a lot of the influences on the inflows of the external cultures and the acculturation phenomenon of Uzbekistan. While investigating the structure of the national borders of Uzbekistan, the environment in which the external cultures are flowed in is investigated. I state that, together with the restoration of the inherent culture, the structure of the national borders has been having a certain amount of the influences in making the culture of the Middle East (Islam) get transmitted more flourishingly. And, while stating the extent of the inflows of the external cultures in the domestic and overseas political processes, the environmental factors behind Uzbekistan’s permission of the acculturation through the participation in a multilateral consultative organization are analyzed. I state that, together with this, with the external cultures penetrating, it has been showing the changeability phenomenon through which the preexistent cultural order of Uzbekistan can be dismantled.
